I came in asking for a service that wasn't provided and The store manager (Brent) came out to my car anyways and gave me the answers needed. The staff blew me away with their kindness and didn't make me feel stupid. Customer for life!!!!

Extra special thank you to Jim for helping me fix my headlights in literally two seconds when I had procrastinated doing it for borderline 6 months ? VERY thankful for him immediately offering to come take a look at what I was confused about, and changing out bulbs for me! Been coming to this location for over 10 years and I am never disappointed. Amazing customer service, helpful and very informative!

Return customer here! When I asked for help during a busy time I said I wasn’t in a hurry. He multi tasked very well helping multiple others. He then took the time to find the correct part and fixed my car while raining! Thank you guy with the curly hair!

Yeah they just lost another customer for life.
Bought a brand new battery from them and said it was good with a 3 year warranty. Wouldn't work in my car so I brought it back with the receipt, and they wouldn't return it or exchange it.
Took it to Toyota and they recommended a different battery, testing the load it was no good. So I ended up wasting $230 with these clowns at O'Reilly.

I had an unpleasant experience here. They told me a certain part number but that's incorrect and now I can't return it. . The guys are knowledgeable here but that wasn't a good time for me. Not cool. Wasted money is never good
