I'm sorry to say I had this experience, because Jocko, Jason, and the many J's were wonderful helps, great personalities, and excellent helps.Bought a Subaru Forester from them, didn't even try haggling cause the guys were nice and helped with the financing concerns. Unfortunately, when I drove the vehicle home, there was a terrible rocking sound. Over the next month and a half, we returned the vehicle three times to try to identify the cause, and everyone was stumped. Now, to be clear, I also work out of the area - a LOT. Back in town for only a week at a time, tops. Anyway, finally got advice from a friend and found the source of the problem - Lower Control Arm Bushings were bad.A little research revealed that's exactly what the problem was. Jocko, the Sales Manager, the mechanic, everyone was cool and under the impression they should help pay for the cost (I didn't ask them to cover the cost, it had been MONTHS by the time I found the issue), but I expected to ask for 50/50 or even 80/20, SOMEthing. This problem existed the moment I drove it off the lot (symptoms only appear at highway speeds).Nick, the GM, reportedly (by a couple employees) said "it's been five months, I'm not doing anything for him." For a problem everyone in there knew existed before they left. Got a $1,000 bill to fix it (and when it was apparent I was paying for repairs, suddenly there were other critical issues like a rusted sway arm [?]), paid it, and car works now.Overall, random things you expect to pay for in a used car - headlights, windshield wipers, random TLC. But the control arm struck my nerves. Nick has refused to call me back for three days now, so I'm taking it as an expensive lesson. A sad and apologetic one-star because everyone I talked to was NICE.Given the price of everyhting being insane right now, a lowdown in auto sales and the UAW strikes bound to create supply issues that drive up prices, I will be in the market for a truck next month. I am aorry to say my business will go elsewhere.Cheers, mates.

Such a great environment and atmosphere! Everyone went above and beyond to help get me into a car that I could afford and one that fit all my wants and needs! Upon arrival I first met Jason and he carried himself so well and happy. And was happy to assist me and had such a positive attitude and a wonderful personality. I am happy I chose Northtown Auto Liquidators!!

Jalil made this buying experience pretty effortless. Easily the most streamlined cat buying experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel pressured and there was next to no wait. I was provided options walking in the door and every option fit all my requirements to a T. I definitely recommend Northtown Auto Sales.

This is the nicest team ever and they basically fixed the car they sold me for free! They broke down everything and explained it in simple terms I could understand and walked me through everything. Definitely recommend for first time buyers!

Had a great experience in every aspect, bought a 2014 infiniti q60 through them and noticed a couple issues with some sensors and voltage, i called them they got me in as soon as possible fixed all the issues and did not even charge me a copay, they said "they wanted to make sure their customers are taken care of." This service is outstanding. Not to mention the salesmen there are all extremely friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to get you what you are looking for not what they want sell you unlock most used car lots. I would strongly recommend anyone getting a vehicle from NTA.

I got the opportunity to work with Ted Vandyke. I came in initially hoping they could help me get into something different and I unfortunately had no luck due to my current car situation.. Ted was talking to me all week about how he could help me and even “held” a car for me that I was really interested in but unsure about; I came in late about a week later (past closing) and he was there to make me feel comfortable about purchasing a truck along with Joe and making sure it all worked out for me and my situation and both stayed until about 9:30 finalizing the deal on Teds birthday! Then I got the opportunity to work with Josh who put me in a great place financially and got me the best bank who is local which is exactly what I wanted. He also was very very nice to me and even told me I had other options as far as what I can qualify for. They made me feel comfortable and good all around and just are very nice people! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you to Ted, Josh, & Joe for staying late and making feel good about everything!I will recommend this place 100% moving forward! I love my truck!!

The best car lot in Spokane with the best salesmen.My salesman was Jalil & buying a car from him was the least stressful experience that I’ve ever had with, honestly any type of sales person ever. I didn’t feel like I was pressured into making a decision & it didn’t even feel like business. It felt like a friend just helping me make a knowledgable decision about buying a car. He’s very welcoming and made me feel comfortable & confident about such an imperative purchase. Has great natural conversation too. It wasn’t awkward & he didn’t try to switch the focus back him getting sale, he genuinely engaged & made the entire experience incredibly personable. Def made him stand out from any other sales person there. Also wanna add he was super accommodating and made a slim possibility into reality, like magic. If I ever go back for whatever reason, I absolutely will be requesting him!!!! I recommend him 100%, he’s the man!The business itself was top tier as well. Everyone was kind and relaxed & the experience overall was just very positive.

Probably one of the least stressful car buying processes we've been through and they got us into a car the same day, on a Sunday, with us having credit challenges. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as well. I've had car places in the past mostly talk to my fiance since I'm visually impaired and she's obviously gonna be the one driving the car, which is fine except for when I'm co-signing for the thing. These guys were awesome about treating us equally in the transaction, as it should be. They were also very patient and helpful with point out where I needed to sign and so on. We've been to other great dealers, but sometimes smaller outfits like this are just best for that personal touch.

Good buying experience here! I bought a 2010 camaro. Jason was very helpful and they worked with me on the price and my trade in. I bought the car knowing it had a check engine light on with no expectations of them fixing it. One week after I bought the car the service department called and said they had ordered a catalytic converter and that they were planning to put it on before I bought it. They offered to fix the check engine light by installing the catalytic converter at no cost. I couldn't be happier

By far the best experience I’ve had getting into a new car. My boyfriend and I got screwed over at other places but this one had the best customer service and very nice cars for reasonable prices! Thanks to tanner who helped get me into a great car! Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a car and only have so much to work with!
