Melinda & team are exceptional in their customer service + animal care. They go the extra mile & do it all with such care as the animal is their own. Had a home visit & it was incredible experience. Our cat now has an amazing vet. The pricing is more than fair also. Highly recommended.

A hard thing to deal with but, Dr. Kennedy was very empathetic and kind. He even sent us a card after that made things more bareable. Letting our Shepherd who was family and still is go was not easy. Dr. Kennedy made things hurt a little less with kindness. Thank youRIP Blitz

I called and left a message and they never called me back. I had a dog that was suffering and needed to be put down. I had another local company that came and helped me. Look around to other mobile veterinarian services before calling this place.

Dr. Kennedy is so kind and gentle for your pet loved ones moving on. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to go the home euthanasia route.

I used Dr Kennedy years back for an in-home euthanasia for my shepherd with severe degenerative myelopathy. He was very kind and gentle, even with my growly dog, and did a great job explaining the process before helping my dog gently pass. It was a rough day, but he made things a bit easier with his kindness. I would absolutely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

The doctor was kind and sympathetic. The sedative he gave knocked him out, and then came the euthanization. It all seemed to be going well until right before passing he let out an excruciating howl. It was so horrible. The doc said it was a muscle spasm and that he didn't feel a thing. I just have trouble believing that. He let out a howl that we knew. It was a howl of desperation. It was heartbreaking. He was 15, began peeing blood, and in pain. He had been deteriorating rapidly physically. My poor Bubba. I miss him so much that I am crying right now.?

My wife and I were told that our cat, Mimosa was approaching a point of kidney failure. For over two weeks he had been leaking urine and his back legs were raw from being continuously damp (luckily this was during the hot summer months and he could still dry in the sun). We thought it was the best thing for him to put him down before he started to feel internal pain that affected his ability to experience joy. We also wanted to avoid taking him to the vet, as it had been obvious that the stress from these visits was hastening his decline. We took the day off, spent the day outside, and this guy was to arrive in the afternoon to assist. For reasons that I'm sure he can't control, his approach and demeanor were loud and bumbling. Mimosa was instantly on guard (and he's a gentle, friendly cat). The vet started explaining the process to us and only once patted Mimosa (roughly) saying "good kitty." He did not ask any questions. He did not establish any rapport with Mimosa (not a hard thing to do with this cat). Mimo wanted to run, and I petted him and attempted to soothe (usually he leans into these moments), but as the vet roughly grabbed his raw leg, Mimosa tried to run. The vet injected the sedative while condescendingly explaining to us the need to grab him by the scruff to avoid harm. Mimo hissed and clawed at my face (that was an entirely new response from him). These were his last waking moments. While I'm sure this vet was well-intentioned, we were left with a last experience of rage and terror from Mimosa, entirely the opposite of why we chose this option. Most of us have had doctors that explain, but don't ask. You can be as friendly as you like, but if there is no attempt to understand the individual you are dealing with, their condition, their demeanor, what puts them at ease, you are going to make these kinds of mistakes. I would encourage anyone, even if feeling desperate and unsure with little time to make your choice, to ensure that you have someone to assist you that knows how to connect with your animal and put them at ease, rather than treat them like an object. Perhaps this vet simply does better with dogs. In any case, the road to hell is paved with good intentions, and I regret my role in Mimosa's little bit of hell before his big sleep.

After our nearly 13 year old Mastiff had a stroke and we couldn't transport him, we needed someone to come to our house. We got an appointment within hours of calling and requesting one. The vet was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. He calmed our worried minds. Our old boy is close to fully recovered now.
