Third time in 6 weeks that I had to wait more than a half an hour for a car. they always have some crazy excuse. This time it was the rain. All other rental companies had cars and there was no wait. it was raining on them too. truth be told this is nothing more than poor management. National Corporate needs to step in and fix this nonsense.

Wonderful experience; Jim, the gentleman who accepted the car as well as Ozzy and Corin at the front desk were exemplary in recovering lost items and very polite during one of the busiest seasons. Cannot recommend the experience and professionalism enough!

Great service as always. Roberto at the desk is always courteous and professional. I have been renting cars in Spokane for almost a decade and I can say the National desk is the most put together. All hands on deck when there are multiple customers and they move you through quickly. Cars are always clean and nice!

One of the benefits of traveling a lot for work, is I can use my Emerald Club status for personal trips. It's so nice to be able to choose any car that will fit my needs. When I arrived in Spokane, the agent asked me what type of car I would like. Since I was there to fish with friends, I said an SUV. She said there was a Hyundai Santa Fe. Then she asked how many people there would be. I said 4 plus our gear. She suggested I take the Jeep Wagoneer. I'm so glad she did! The Wagoneer was spacious with the third row folded flat, and provided all the room we needed for people and gear. 7 days went by way too fast, but the return was easy with Robert meeting me as I pulled in. He double checked that I had all of my personal belongings and wished me a safe journey. I love using National!!

Very disappointed. I know I left my ipad under the passenger side front seat a week ago yesterday. You can't talk to no one directly when it comes to lost things when calling, I've left 2 messages and filed a lost item report and half hour after dropping the rental off. No one has gotten back to me from Spokane GEG national rental car but i did accidentally file one at Tuscon Arizona because i was panicking and they kindly got back to me to let me know they haven't found my item. But this place has said nothing, and what i find so disappointing is I know for a fact, 100% I left it in the car. I just got done driving 500 miles and was exhausted. Im human and made a mistake, but to have an organization ignore me and not return calls or rewpond to a lost item report is very disappointing to say the least.

All in all a good experience. We had an electronic issue with the truck and National promptly provided a better replacement. The only issue was the first customer service rep we encountered. He clearly was inputing our information wrong (date of birth, etc) so when my profile did not come up, he insisted that he needed to end the call. Please keep in mind we were on the road at the time and the truck was flashing with all sorts of internal warning signs. Regardless, the first customer service rep stated that since he could not find our profile he was hanging up; I reminded him that we were indeed clients and that we were in one of their trucks and we needed help suggesting that perhaps he could ask for help. He simply hung up on us. After we called back, we got a sane rep and he helped us.

Overall, pretty normal and hassle-free rental experience. Although, I received a hybrid vehicle with a completely dead battery for the electric motor, making it useless and receiving no benefit from the hybrid motor. That left me with just the 3-cylinder motor to propel a full-size minivan, which worked surprisingly well, but the range and fuel economy would have been vastly improved had the battery been charged. Or at least give me even a slow trickle charger to do it myself.

This was a rough experience. Upon return there was no one directing returns or receiving them, so I had to go inside to return the vehicle and had to wait a considerable time as customers picked up vehicles. The good thing was Cherry recognized my patience and that I had been waiting and expedited my return. Much appreciated!

We rented at the Spokane, WA airport and even though we had to wait in a line for 30 minutes, the car, a Hyundai Santa Fe, was clean, had low mileage and performed great in the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Just what you would expect from National - Consistency and a great experience every time, regardless of location. It's a bit more expensive than other rental companies, but the check-in/check-out was a breeze, the car was immaculate, and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

I had a great rental experience at the Spokane Airport National rental. Car was clean and ready to go when I arrived and drop off was super quick. My only gripe was the lack of available cars…. I had hoped for a luxury car availability, but they were low on car selection. In their defense, I had originally booked for a full size car, not a luxury car. Overall, great rental and excellent pricing for my weekend!

Their customer service was PHENOMENAL! The young man at the return station is the ONLY reason I caught my flight!When I came to return my car, I told him that I was going to miss my flight and asked if I could just leave the keys in it and go. He immediately offered to drive me to the terminal so I did not have to wait for the shuttle. He was kind, professional, and went out of his way to try to get me where I needed to be. Had I been even one minute later getting to the gate, they would’ve closed the airplane doors and I would’ve missed the flight.

The National team at the Spokane WA airport were friendly and very helpful wanting to make sure we received a vehicle that would suit our needs. It was clean and well maintained. Only complaint would be that they had the longest line for car rentals and had to wait over 30 minutes - and I'm and Emerald Club member.

National Car Rental at Spokane airport had the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a rental counter!! Super easy, in and out quickly and they were even able to help update an account that corporate had troubles with.Keep up the good work!!!Thanks again!!!
