The gal argued with me about shape. When I told her the shape I wanted she said I was wrong and still proceeded to do the wrong shape. & was not able to do what I wanted them to do. I did give a good tip because they did do there service but I don’t think I’ll come back here way to over priced when you can just drive 15more min & get the nails you want and 25$ cheaper in Spokane.

I came in on Monday 7/1 to get a manicure and pedicure. I got a gel pedicure (it’s great the man who did mine was fantastic!) I then got moved to do a dip manicure and it seemed to go well I was happy when I left. By Wednesday my dip started to come off my hands like literally popping off. I went in on Saturday since I was gone for the 4th of July holiday and asked to have them fixed. They said they could fix them and would do the 7 fingers that was missing dip for free.. great! I then asked the lady to fix my next finger (because it was also about to pop off) and she accused me of picking my nails and ripping them off… she then gave poor customer service and attitude asking “well what do you want” and I just said please fix the poor job that was done on Monday so I can get what I paid for. She was rude when doing the rest of my nails and left them sloppily done. I knew on Monday not to come here due to friends and family having a bad experience here ( to include getting an infection on their toe after having a pedicure done with unsanitary tools..) but it was my last resort to get my nails done before the holiday! Will not ever be coming back!!

She was very rude and unkind. She yelled at me twice for flinching when she bend my finger very weird and didn't care enough to remove previous gel. Shape was the only nice thing about this 2nd experience. The woman was rude, rough, and uncaring.
I will stick with lotus lily nails, nails paradise was a last resort for my fill.
She also didn't have me wash my hands at any point and used very dirty tools
My first experience was okay my only complaint was the woman turned my skin red from how how the water was which is insane because I love hot water. The manicurist was very kind tho

I brought my four year old with me here to try it out for a pedicure. They charged me $105 for a gel pedicure for myself and a pedicure for my daughter. Absolutely insane for a kids pedicure to be $50. Won’t be back.

Walked in for a pedicure and was able to get one without a wait. Service was quick and reasonably priced. Nice staff too!

Went in for a simple Acrylic nail. Was told I couldn't get the shape I wanted. Nails came out splotchy, the shape was horrible, the chrome was slapped on instead of rubbed like it's supposed to. They don't know how to do a simple French tip either. I don't recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service, workers are rude. If I could do negative stars I would.

I came from out of town wanted to get my nails done before heading home very nice people helped me right away when I walked in. My nails were beautiful.

I would give it a zero if I could I went in sat down. I was very pleasant. She was cold told me not to move. I really wasn’t moving as she was taking off my nail polish. She said it would be five dollars more to make it oval, and five dollars more for the nail polish, I did not ask for a special nail polish, she said if I didn’t like it, I could leave so I got up and I left very rude very unprofessional. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. !!! her name is Emily

If I could give this negative stars I would. horrible customer service. Workers rushed through the nails. I was told I couldn't get the shape I wanted unless they were super long, they still messed up my shape and were way too long. I got a chrome and it looks splotchy. The gal messed up my mother's nails and all she asked for was a simple french tip. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am NOT surprised at all that the person replying to these reviews is as rude as they are face to face. Customer service lacks here with her replies as it does when you actually go into the salon to support their business. It's a shame.

Felt very unwelcome. Didnt talk to me the whole time. I tried starting a conversation but she said one word and didn't talk ever again. My pedicure was done in 15 minutes. Felt as if they didn't want me there.

I come here every time I need my toes done. They are great and do a great job. My fingers and toes are sensitive and they understand that.
