My wife and were there on Saturday to purchase a bed for my aunt. Alex was our sales associate and he was exceptional we told him what we were looking for and he went above and beyond to meet our needs without trying to do the good better best pitch just straight to point here is this here is this and let us make our own decisions. Very displeased with my purchase experience. We ordered our couch online and they gave us a 3 week delivery time. After the 3 weeks was up, I checked back in because we their tracking is absolutely TERRIBLE. It only tells you if it has arrived at the warehouse or not. Not when it's expected or where it's at.Now after waiting 3 weeks and getting rid of our old couches to prepare for the new couches that were supposed to arrive, we have been told it will be another several weeks, 2-4, before they arrive!!!! This is so frustrating, we don't have anything to sit on now because we were given a date and prepared for it, now we have to wait several more weeks to see if they arrive then, which I'm not hopeful. When you run a business from your home and need it to look nice and have seating, then the store screws you over, it's very maddening!! I will not be ordering from Mor furniture ever again.

I received a mattress a week ago that has not puffed up as promised in 12 to 24 hours. It is mushy and not at all like the one on the showroom floor. I have never put sheets on the bed or used it in any way. It is impossible to reach anyone in the Spokane store as you are always stopped somewhere in their robo call system or told to wait several days for them to get back to you. NO! If necessary I will go back to the store and handle this OUTLOUD in their store!!

Rude! I asked if they had a VA discount, they asked "you trying to leverage your service for a few pennies, or do you want respect?" How about no veterans shop there and all patriots boycot you. I'm a Desert Storm veteran, I would like to see you out of business.

Truly frustrated with the experience. Went to Mor because Furniture Row took 5 months to get our living room set to us, and now I am regretting going to Mor. I have been to the warehouse 3 times and still don't have my couch. First time they called and said it was ready, but it wasn't there. Second time the automated system told us it was available for pick up, it wasn't, third time we called and spoke to a lady who said it would be ready Saturday 7/16 for pickup, waited until today 7/19 to go pick it up and they tell me it isn't even in the warehouse and they aren't really sure when it will be here. Next time I go to buy furniture I think I will just go through amazon, it doesn't seem like these companies have a clue what they are doing. Plus the phone network that you have to call isn't the most consumer friendly.

They should be called Less Furniture for Mor!Horrible, horrible company. The salesman we dealt with lied to us about 3 different aspects of the furniture set we purchased. When trying to contact the company to get an explanation, it is impossible to actually talk to someone at out local store over the phone or corporate. The only way they communicate is through text and even then you may be waiting DAYS for a response.So not only we’re we lied to be a salesman that is suddenly no longer with the company, we were also given defective furniture and had to endure 3 different days of there 4 hour windows for deliveries. Mor told us that once we were “happy” with the furniture we could discuss compensation for all the lies and trouble we went through. We spent $4200 on the set. Most of the lies we were told stemmed around the center consoles looks and capabilities( he told me the usb console wouldn’t have the plastic tray circled and that the cup holders would still be electric, both untrue) I figured a fair compensation would be a refund for the amount of the center console or $500. Of course this cheap company would not do that…guess what they offered, yep, $100 in store credit? Like after all they’ve put us through over the last month we want to buy anything else from them. He also said the couch and love seat would each only have 1 cord to plug in, the couch has 2 and the loveseat has 3.Bottom line, they will lie through their teeth to make a sale. Give you shoddy, furniture with poor craftsmanship. Do absolutely nothing to make sure their customers are taken care of and you’ll have no way of actually talking to someone on the phone without jumping through multiple hoops first.I should have known not to deal with a large corporation like Mor, learn from my mistakes, shop at a local store that cares about the customers and business.The circles in the pic reflect the shoddy craftsmanship, the unaligned cushions and the plastic tray that is was told would be on the usb console. The craftsmanship of the couch was good which was what made it so apparent the loveseat wasn’t.

I purchased a set of 4 chairs on first week of July. Told me it’ll will take 5-6 weeks. Called mid August and was told to check by the end of that month. Called again on that week and was told of another estimate date of end of September. Called again this week and was told of another estimate date of when my order is ready for pick up. This has been more than 3 months now. Nothing but another estimated date was given to me. I’ve done overseas shipping before and 3 months is considered a long time and that’s when a delay is involved. Also was informed that other orders are taking 6 months to a year. So if you’re looking for furnitures and don’t have the patience to wait, skip this store.

8/21/21. We were shopping for a new bed. Of course it would be a Mors in spokane. Because of the customer service we recieved the first time we went looking for living set. Employees as always friendly..Than we meet Jacob what an awesome guy.. He made Our whole experience with ease. Yes He helped us leave what We were looking for. Thank you Jacob for your awesome personality and great customer care. You will go far in this life with your compassion to serve others. Great job and thank you for treating us special and important to you . 100% satisfied with Our transaction with Jacob . Spokane Wash., Mor furniture will be my home store for sure

Do not go to this store at any cost. My family bought a house and moved in the 1st week of June. We visited this store the first time about 2 weeks prior, in mid May. We purchased a loveseat, couch, bed frame, mattress, and box springs that day, over $5k. Weeks later we recieved the 2 recliners that make the loveseat, but not the cehter console. A few weeks later we got the mattress. A few more weeks later we got the bed frame. Then after even more time we had to pick up the box springs even though we paid for delivery otherwise it would have been 3 more weeks. We are still waiting on almost half the order over 2 months later. We were told we would have it all in 2 deliveries in about 2 months but when we went in again they told us we still have at *minimum* another month on the couch. All the deliveries have been extremely unprofessional. Hours late, breaking items in my house, scuffing paint, shoddy work (my bed frame was put together bad enough I see the joints and the drawers don't slide well) and not returning furniture they moved to its place. One even sweated all over the bed frame and didn't even wipe it up! We visited the store several times only to hear there's nothing they can do. Their phone service is completely automated and was no help. Now we've recieved the 1st bill, only to have over a $100 late charge! The person on the phone said there was nothing they could do unless we paid it in full TODAY, then they could credit it back. WHAT A JOKE. We will NEVER shop here again and I encourage no one else to either.

This has been the worst experience, the customer service is absolutely a joke! No one answers the phone, no one calls back and no one provides updated dates after your order is delayed. I don't understand how a sales person can make a $5,000 sale and not feel obligated to provide updates or call us back. The sales people are strictly transactional and could care less after you sign the sale. Not to mention, every date has been delayed from our original date and just says TBD. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere you will thank me later. I will never purchase furniture from Mor ever again for my lifetime!
