“I was heading into town and was going to be arriving right at 7 when they closed and only had to drop off my trade in phone. I called and Sam answered and told me he would let me in when I arrived and no worries if it was a few after 7. Well I apparently called the wrong store because I went to the one by Fred Meyers and got it turn in. About 15 after 7 poor Sam called to see if I’d still be stopping by to do the trade in. I apologized profusely and Sam was completely understanding. although I didn’t do my actual business here, Sam was great by staying late and I’d definitely recommend! Awesome customer service!”
