Rude would not sell anything in the store had 15 minutes tell close also had paper sitting over top if card reader too. Not the way to run a store. Just detours people from coming to store and now see why windows doors get broken their. Treating people bad at late hours or refusing business while still open makes for a dangerous environment that I will make sure to stay away. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO SHOP AT NIGHT. bad customer service

New management sucks. I met who was either the manager or owner behind the counter and he was a jerk, glared at me for asking for a lighter even though I’m a 20 y o adult, and then walked off and had someone else check me out. Could have been way nicer about it, and explained the rules of the store to me. Never have I been in a store that requires you to be 21 to buy a lighter, there was no need to try and embarrass me.

They say they're open until midnight but they're not... I have several 10-11 year old friends of my little boy staying at my house tonight (6-20-23) for a 'last day of school' sleepover. Unfortunately, a couple of the moms who were supposed to bring snacks didn't, so the kids ran out of treats. I went to the closest place, Ameripride. I got there at 11:45 and it was already locked up. The guy inside became confrontational when I told him he'd closed earlier than was posted on the internet... most other times I've stop by are in the afternoon after school or early evening and have never had any problem. Because of going there first I missed making it to Safeway. I should've just gone to Safeway from the start, I will in the future.P.S.- I was in Ameripride a couple of weeks ago and the guy in line in front of me asked the employee how late they were open. The older lady cashier with long, reddish-blonde hair kind of laughed and told him, "We're supposed to stay open until midnight but we never do". I had forgotten that until tonight; apparently that's the truth.

I’m sure there are redeeming features for this gas station but the reason for the low review is the inaccurate price. The price listed on the sign by the road is ALWAYS cheaper that what is advertised at the pump. I’ve come on different days at different times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but the sign is never accurate. It feels dishonest to advertise a lower price just to get someone to stop and then not to honor that price.

Great place both day and night staff are kind and patient to all their customers and the manager Richard is why they are my favorite gas station for life the reason being is one night last night actually I brought in 10 dollars in change for gas and unlike most cashier's when you ask if it is ok that I pay in change he didn't get upset or say no or give the famous "for real man " followed by sigh and shoulder shrug he not only politely said yeah that won't be a problem he thanked me asking before hand if it would be all right if I paid and change that's the first time I've encountered a cashier be that polite about taking that much change so he made it five star visit for me and my go-to gas station for life. I've been searching endlessly for a Shell gas station in Spokane and now I have found one at last. The best part is this location sells V-Power Premium gas which is the fuel my car requires for extra mileage. Parking is tight but the customer service one receives makes up for that.
