My whole family loves Mister car wash. However, today my Wash prepaid gift card didn't work. I always preload so that I can get the free car wash by prepaying. I had the $54.50 receipt wrapped around their gift card. They told me the gift card was empty even though I had the receipt wrapped around it. I went to my banking app and showed him on my phone that they indeed remove $54.50 from my checking account. He called their customer service and she said yes, that amount IS on my gift card. He scanded again and my card still shows zero. Caution to all: What's up with Mister car wash's computer system scanning their own gift card? The young man was kind to help me. I'.
m disappointed that they weren't able to load the funds back on my card. Now I'll need to explain the whole scenario if they're system not working until I get my car washes used up...:(

I guess for 10$ i shouldn't expect bird poo to come off. But when wash is done to still have dirt running down side of car unacceptable.

My debit card was stolen and I showed up with just cash today. They not only gave me a comp car wash, but upgraded to a basic plus!!! I'm a single mom with 3 teen boys and in this economy every penny counts!! They blessed me today! With just a simple kind gesture!! I'm crying in the carwash!!! Amazing crew here!!!!

Went here for the first and probably last time. After a trip to Oregon, my car was bombarded by bugs. Took it to Mister Car Wash, went with the priciest package, and even received a special bug removal spray. Not only am I seeing a splotch on my windshield as pictured, I'm also seeing more dirt streaks soon after the wash.

This location leaves the tires on your car looking the best and also dries your car the best. My wife favors this one the most. They are all great!

The guys at the entrance were awesome!! My window was stuck open and they were very helpful in getting it closed so I could get my car washed!! Every time I go there everyone is very nice !! Thanks y'all! This is at the wash on N. Division. Great place!

They stack you in there close together. They don't spray your car off before you get the wash.

Mister Carwash raised their prices & then cut way back on the amount of material they use in the wash bay. Before they raised their prices the amount of materials ( soaps ) clearly covered the entire car & was thick & the tire shine made my tires look really nice shiny & new. Now, not so much. Hardly any soap is applied anymore & my tires look nothing like they looked when I exited the wash last year. I have always been on the platinum wash & was completely satisfied with it until they made this move. Mister Carwash really needs to add just the tire shine to the basic car wash pkg because the amount of material they use now fits the price of the basic car wash.
