I was looking for a facility to send my fleet vehicles to and saw a line at this location. I thought this place looks buys must be good. After waiting in line I had a nice young lady help me decide which service to select. I chose the Titanium. She asked if I'd like to leave a tip for the other employees. As I looked up I saw 2 young male employees standing at the door of the entrance having a conversation. They were easily identified by their uniforms. I told the lady I'd be happy to return with a tip if those 2 guys spray my vehicle as I enter the car wash I'm already paying $26 for. As I rolled by the 2 males I rolled down my window and said "It sure is a beautiful sunny day huh". Male 1 glared at me and spit on the ground. Male 2 shook his head in a NO manner and waved me off. I looked back at the young lady and she was watching. At that point she ducked her head and walked to the next car in line. After the wash I tried to use the vacuums but they had little to no suction. By then my car was mostly dry with smeared oily substance on my windshield and water sports all over my car. I drove back to the young lady to ask for a re wash and observed all 3 employees leaning against the wall not helping any of the many customers in line. I will never return or send any of my fleet of company vehicles to this facility. Worst customer experience and service I have experienced in 30 years of managing fleets of vehicles. I wasted $26 and I'm very glad I didn't tip for their service. If my employees acted in this manner its a reflection of my poor leadership. As far as the car was, it appears some equipment maintenance is over due.

Went through today and the car was just not clean. Went back around and they informed me that they do not rewash cars. Young woman very pleased with her power to turn me away said I could pay for another wash or come back some other time. I pointed out it would not be prudent to continue coming back and she said I could do as I please. True... but not good for business. As I sat writing this review, what I believe to be a manager came along and looked at the back of the car. My photo only shows half the tailgate as I didn't want to include the license plate number of course. But the entire tailgate is that bad. Of course he could see this and appeared to be coming in my direction but walked away again. Didn't have the strength to admit it.I couldn't include the windows as there was just too much reflection. But they're pretty bad!

Went to the Division Mister car wash. The big brush in the car wash broke my stone & bug deflector on the front. The piece flew up and over my SUV. I parked and went in to tell the manager Justin, who said maybe it didn't happen in car wash. I took him over and showed him the pieces laying on the wash area ground. Then I said and look at my car it's still really dirty too. He stopped the whole car wash and said the machine was out of alignment. We both took pictures and Justin said Norman the main manager would call... and the company is good about fixing things, especially since it was the alignment. So after several days I got a call from Norman the main manager. He told me they don't fix after-market stuff. I told him it was on the vehicle when I bought it new, and it's a Nissan part. It was not a cheap after-market piece like he said. I told him it also matches the top sunroof guard. He laughed at me and said that the cheap part lasted me this long, I should be happy. Norman didn't care at all about how i felt or fixing my SUV. He told me to go on Amazon and buy it myself and fix it myself. I even paid for the horrible car wash. Terrible service. So I went to the Nissan dealer to look up the part and get it fixed. Nissan said it wasn't an after-market piece, and that it came installed on the SUV. Showed me the Nissan logo. The guard matches the top guard on the sunroof as well, and they don't make that color anymore. So my choices are.... no stone & Bug Deflector on the front, or they won't match colors, and that would look stupid. This wasn't cheap aftermarket plastic, like Norman said, and he was really nasty too....nothing like being blown off and laughed at when you get your car ruined.

I invested in a membership last month, lured by the promise of a revolutionary product - Titanium. Yet, the reality is disheartening; there's no discernible difference, except in price, when compared to their other packages. It's simply not worth it. Moreover, the exclusive line for members, which is supposed to elevate the experience, is consistently closed. I fail to comprehend the logic behind promoting and then restricting access to it. Upon entering the service area, I encountered a single individual manning the solitary station, haphazardly spraying vehicles with a cleaning product. The most frustrating aspect is this: the application is limited to the side of the vehicle facing him, leaving the rest, especially the rear, untouched. Consequently, half of the vehicle remains stained and dirty, rendering the entire process futile, regardless of the membership level or the amount paid. I went so far as to purchase a second membership as a Christmas gift for my brother, only to find that the process was equally disappointing. We had to be physically present for them to apply the sticker to his truck, bypassing the convenience promised by gift cards. To our dismay, the outcome mirrored my previous experiences. I eagerly anticipate the end of the month to terminate both memberships. It's my hope that this account serves as a cautionary tale for prospective users, urging them to reconsider before engaging with this service. I am very impressed with this specific car wash, listening to their customers and trying to make their car wash the best in town. Still not perfect but it's getting so much better and we really appreciate the effort.

I love this car wash! The customer service is always friendly and helpful. The car wash does a wonderful on my vehicle. I recommend Mister Car Wash.

Went to get a whole lot of mud and dirt off my vehicle and spent $15 on a special clean. They didn't even get all the mud off and scratched my cars paint.

I have came to all the locations for mister car wash. For years. Have been a member for couple years. Costumer service amazing. Thank you. All locations have issues with vacuume I don't think they powerful enough but the biggest issue is always broken nonsuctioning almost always I come there and my washes are unlimited. We need something new a washes are a little poor now

I accidentally sucked uo my key fob in the vacuum and the crew at the Pines Road location went the extra mile to help me. Unfortunately, after checking every bin they were unable to retrieve it but their regional manager personally drove me 7 miles to my home so I could retrieve a spare. Customer service was unparalleled!!!

Car wash did a horrible job. When I requested that they allow me to go through again, the representative said their policy is to not allow patrons to go through twice unless I wanted to sign up for an unlimited plan. He then had me back out of the entrance.
