If you want to use mister carwash would recommend the two up north. This one with two lanes, seems small and crowded. My truck got stuck getting in. Then side mirror was hitting the wall frames.

Yo, I'm from Oklahoma, and it's hard to find a car wash this good. The value here is crazy! The only thing missing is microfiber cloths, window spray, and interior spray.

Like all car washes these guys will tell you to sue them if your car gets damaged. Wouldn't recommend putting anything through the car wash that you don't have a low deductible and comprehensive insurance no matter how new or old. Buyer beware

Terrible company! Mister car wash tried to rip my front bumper off! Although both employees (1 being Eric Bibeau the GM) agreed the wash damaged my car and they would “take care of it”, they refused to let me take a photo of the video of my car entering the wash undamaged. Further they refused to accept responsibility and I was forced to go through my insurance company for $1310 in damage! Avoid if you care about your car!! ???? Anxious to hear their public response!

The price is right, the service is fast, but the waving-you-forward-people would be 5 star-worthy if they actually sprayed off bugs and dirt on the front & back consistently. That makes a difference. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Great car wash I pay for the monthly unlimited pass totally worth it if you wash your car 1 or 2 times a week like I do.

My car always sparkles when I use Mister Car Wash! The staff is friendly. It's fast and thorough. If I lived in the city, I would buy the premium pass. Prices have risen (as with everything) and though understandable, it is my own negative comment.

My truck was damaged going through the Mister Carwash in Airway Heights Washington. I have been a long time customer of this business located at 9009 W. US highway 2.
People be aware that there is no warning signs posted as you enter the pay station, nor is there any signage warning of any height restrictions as you approach the pay stations or as you enter the car wash tunnel.
As a regular customer at this establishment I didn't believe that I had anything to worry about, right up until the Carwash equipment caught my rack on my truck and ripped it off my truck pulling the bolts right through the bed rails of my truck.
I was met by the attendant Dustin who was very apologetic and claimed responsibility for the Carwash and took a report with several photos and all my information and explained to me that the manager would reach out to me the next day, which he did. Upon meeting the the store manager Mohammed he informed me that the Carwash wasn't responsible for the incident and that I was on my own. I was spoken to very condescending and dismissive. So I the reached out to corporate who took my information again and was told that they knew nothing about the incident.
Long story short I was blown off and hung up on multiple times to be specific 11 times. The incident occurred on 11 May 2024 and was not contacted by the regional manager until 28 May 2024 and then only because I made them aware that I had contacted Hayley Gunthner from KHQ NEWS to get some help with the situation. Upon contacting Hayley a call came immediately from the regional manager Kevin. This is substandard customer service and business practices.
