I ordered a basket online. When I went to the store I noticed 8 cent charge for a bag. I didn't have a bag want a bag or ever seen a bag. They said it was automatically charged for online order's. Cmon stop stealing from your customers. Thank you for the 8 cent refund. Fix it.

Spokane north Division store. States they close at 9pm. But if you run in at 8:50pm. To grab one item. They tell you they are closed. Not very good business. And women was very rude about it. I would have bought my item, and been out by 9pm. Now they lost business. At least stay open until your closing time.

I've come to enjoy heading into Michaels over the years. They typically have all the supplies to help get school projects off the ground and through completion. They also have a pretty decent supply of frames which is nice. Seasonal products are always in place a month or two ahead of time giving people like me plenty of time to work through gift making/giving. In recent years there has been a bit more sticker shock, but emailed coupons generally help with that. While the staff is usually friendly, often times it's difficult to find help. I suppose that is the case just about everywhere these days.

Michaels in Spokane, WA on Division most unhelpful and rude customer service. I spent $100 there and had problem with one of the item i picked on clearance shelf that was NOT on sale. i didn't want to pay full price for it, so tried to return it. They called manager who was so rude that i just told her that i want to return everything that i just bought. That person haven't showed any glimpse of a smile or any emotion, just plain not interested in her job. Too bad. I am shopping next door at Hobby Lobby.

Worst michaels ever. 10 minutes in line. I walked out. Cashiers obviously have no idea what they are doing. Store isn't well put together. I'll just go else where and pay more. No thanks. This store sucks.

I purchased $40 worth of items on Tuesday from the N. Division store and had to return an item today (Saturday) as it was too small. I went to the service desk where another customer had been on Tuesday returning items. but today - a blonde woman about 50 yelled from the 1st checkout stand that all returns and exchanges have to go through the checkout. I felt very embarrassed being yelled at and then she had to reprimand me even further and said that they have been doing this for months. I avoided her line and went to the longer one and waited to return my item. I doubt I will return after being treated so rudely and being yelled at across the front of the store.

I'm so sad I'm giving these guys a 1 star review but, customer service is important; it's vital! For a long time now I've wanted to purchase a Cricut Cutter, and I walked in to this store today to purchase one. They had the Explore Air on display but the going price for this machine is $300 so I walked over to the check out the Explore but noticed they also had a Cameo for relatively the same price. Upon looking at both I was struggling to make a decision when an employee who was restocking happened to walk by. MIND YOU, she didn't ask if we needed help with anything so we had to ask her ourselves. Which is fine but common customer service etiquette would dictate that a customer looking at an expensive item should probably require assistance. She nonchalantly said "there really isn't a difference" and walked off. Thankfully a fellow customer came by and highly recommended the Cricut from having used hers for so long which finalized our decision. Since Michaels requires you to ask an associate to get the box from the back we go to the front and the two girls (one of which is one we've already talked to) rudely asked what we needed, as if we just interrupted them from talking to each other. They informed us that they no longer have the Cricut in stock. FYI...WRITE THAT ON THE ITEM, IT WOULD HAVE SAVED US A LOT OF TIME. We then asked when they would get more and they said they weren't, soooooooo maybe you should take it off the shelf. So disappointed in the service, I've spent a lot of money here as a veteran crafter, much more money than what the cricut is selling for so I'm highly disappointed in the overall experience I've had today and hope this gets resolved immediately.

Have shopped here on location for years. The staff have always been very friendly, and have happily escorted me to an item when I've asked about its location. I usually find what I need. If I don't, I simply go elsewhere. Give em a break, it's Sampson v Goliath with HL next door.

Michael's a smaller version of hobby lobby. Honestly hard to tell the difference of what michael's might have that other craft stores don't. Not to dis it. It was good all around. A standard craft shop.

I have been here far too many times over the past few months because of making decor and invites for my wedding. Overall, not a bad store since they seemed to have most of what I needed when I needed it. The spring and summer flower sales came in really handy and I always use my phone coupons which are great. The only frustrating thing was that this store and the one in the valley rarely restock! I needed a few more little wooden bird flat cutouts and over the period of 4 months, they restocked with two little birds. TWO when I needed at least four or more. I thought it was ridiculous when I asked about ordering them that they would take over two weeks to get in for little $.29 birds. I finally just had my cousin cut some out in his wood shop to finish some wedding projects. On the plus side they did have a good selection of tiffany blue ribbon and other ribbons. We also got our bird invites for a good price from here and were easy to make.
