“Was referred to this place a year ago, needed a suit for prom. Was greeted with hospitality and kindness. The same goes for this year, super easy to work with, Wide selection and great people. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!”
“The service I experienced here was beyond what I had expected. I recently lost a nephew to suicide and since he wore almost exclusively Carhartt apparel, the family wanted to pay tribute to him by also wearing Carhartt to his service. The gentleman who helped me (I think Wyatt?) was very empathetic and helpful in finding the right items. He also informed his manager who shared his similar experience. What could have been an awkward and uncomfortable situation turned out to be one of comfort and understanding. Many thanks to them for their understanding and generosity. You just don’t find service like this anymore.”

“Taylor the manager @ the Northtown Store needs a raise!!!!! My son had a brand new pair of Pit Vipers break 2 weeks after purchasing at his baseball practice. From the first phone call, to the exchange of the new glasses, Taylor was very professional, understanding & very accommodating to the issue. He carried himself very well & kept a very professional attitude throughout the whole process. Even offered a small discount for the troubles. “Wow! 1. Awesomely rad store. 2. Quality of product 3. Quality of staff - "The Miranda's" 10/10. We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Best advice and helping us get the whole "look" together and knowledgable about everything... to inclue sizes and whats in stock. Thank you ladies!”

“It's Banana Republic which is owned by the Gap. So it is what it is considering it's a huge chain. The clothing itself is probably made as cheaply as possible and I've had a couple issues with stitching coming undone on shirts, but they always fix things and the staff is always super friendly about helping you try things on, even if you just want to browse.”

He went above and beyond and helped me understand some of the basics. When it comes to finding good clothes or even a suit. Go check out David at IndoChino he will not disappoint you.*I used the word had because upon leaving I felt a level of confidence in my understanding of style and dress. That I simply didn't have when I entered. That should tell you all you need to know.”

“We drove 2.5 hours to get custom made work boots for my husband. Excellent customer service. The store is very clean, organized and put together well. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend and would make the drive again.”
“Came in to get some new shoes for my brother, they were very helpful and not upset with how many selections we asked to see(my brother has a very particular style) we asked for some opinions we got them in very pleasant and even humorous responses, everyone in there was so nice! My brother and I are fairly outgoing and so was the staff. Not afraid of conversation, which was honestly refreshing. We came back again to thank them and they hooked us up with a slice of pizza! Shoes and a meat lovers slice, what more could you ask for ?”
