Richard was very patient and kind and did an excellent job of explaining all my options, teaching me how to use and clean and maintain everything, and how everything works with my insurance. When I later had some follow-up questions, I was in the neighborhood and popped in to ask, and Jaymie was equally pleasant and helpful and informative.I've had some difficulty with getting through on their main toll-free number (very long hold times) in the past, but the local office has so far always been very responsive and helpful.Highly recommend.”
