Ivanhoe is the coolest mattress salesperson I’ve ever met. He really made me feel valued as a customer. I’m always going to buy any of my future bed related products from him for the rest of my life. If any of my friends buy from anyone else I’m gonna TP their house.

What fantastic customer service from Gabriel! We accidentally purchased a bed frame that needed a box spring. When we called to ask why it wasn't working with just a mattress he very nicely explained the mistake we had made AND gave us a great discount on a box spring. Thank you so much!

Jeremy was very informative over the phone when I called in with questions yesterday. I decided after calling around to various stores that my first stop would be Mattress Firm, and I was hoping to find a good deal there and be done with it. Darin was very professional and the first thing he said was "you look like your on a mission" and he was right, I wanted to get it done. I told him what I needed and what my budget was. He had me try 4 different levels of quality and pricing. I found the quality and the comfort I was looking for. He searched the inventories around town and the clearence warehouse to see if he could find me a good deal. He found one I could afford and that I felt comfortable with and that was it. Over in 30 minutes, couldn't have gone any better for me today. Great job by Darin.

We were very pleased with Gabriel at Mattress Firm, he took the time to show us a number of mattresses and bases, giving the different options and qualities. We haven’t bought a new bed in years and really didn’t know what was out there and sure appreciated the time, looking forward to getting our new bed… thank you
