This is the second Mattress Firm that I have recently visited. While customer service was fine at the first location, my salesman, Hunter, at the E 29th location was outstanding! He asked basic sleep questions that no one else had asked, and that helped me figure out what I wanted in a new mattress. He showed me mattresses that fit what I was looking for, and after testing a few, I found the one that was the most comfortable and supportive for my needs. He gave me plenty of time testing out ones that fit what I was looking for, and was available for any questions that I had. Finishing up the sale went smoothly. Thanks Hunter for your knowledge, humor, and honesty. I appreciate your being my sales guy!

I stopped into mattress, firm after work to find a mattress for my second bedroom and needed it by this weekend for guests arriving. The sales person on staff was very very helpful and showed me multiple mattresses and helped me to decide on one that I could have delivered by this weekend. He was very knowledgeable about the products pricing and delivery and I thank him wholeheartedly for his help today. He was great! Thank you, Joe.
