Had a box here for 6 months and I tried to switch back to a normal mail box I've filled out a change of address form 5 times on paper and done it 3 times online and I still haven't gotten any mail. Mailbox center says I need to talk to the post office and the post office says I need to talk to mailbox center.
I haven't had any mail in over a month and all my mail is being sent back as un deliverable
My drivers license never got delivered my truck payment never got delivered as well as a bunch of other important documents.
This place may be ok for other things but don't get a box for your mail unless you want to get screwed when you get rid of the box

I had an appt. They took a walk-in instead of my scheduled appt... 30 min later, still waiting for my turn. What good is an appointment!!??

Worst experience ever. It's says my package is in my mail box. So I go to pick it up, and there is no package. So I told the staff. And they said it's probably been stolen. And it happens from time to time.

Went in to get fingerprints , was told come back we do not do them from 12:00to1:00, (not mentioned on their larger than life Sign) I went back in 3 days later at the times they said they would do them only to be told that they could not do them for my purpose, the employee told me that because I needed them for a Real Estate lic I had to get digital which they do not do. She also asked if I told the Original employee that I needed them for a Real Estate lic , which I had, then She said well did you tell them you needed it for a Washington lic? Typical BAD Customer Dis Service, First I did tell the original employee and secondly the store is in Washington.... I did not respond just walked out. Too bad yelp does not allow for negative stars This place deserves them

I stopped in for my TSA precheck, I had made an appointment for a later day but saw they did take walk ins so I wanted to try. Unfortunately they were not able to get me in that day so they asked me to call the next day to see if I could do a walk in. I decided to call in the morning and see if they were available for walk ins. They were! I was in an out in less than 10 mins. Staff SUPER friendly and helpful. The little gift shop had tons of goodies and lots to look at. I will definitely be back here for my mailing needs in the future. Clean, friendly, cute shop. Refreshing! Thank you for your help!!

Clerks could not be more responsive. Flooded with TSA clients that were turned away from the airport.
