I tried to apply for a position in the Garden center today at Lowe's. However, the robot AI Lucy would not let me proceed without her ridiculous ROBOT AI bs. So I will abort that job, oh she also insisted there was no job available yet there were several on the website. The future is not AI ROBOTS, doing the job of real people, I will now see whats available at Home Depot

I contacted Lowes installation services to get one more quote to have a fence built at my new home. The Sales Rep Jake Koffel is the worst salesman I have come across. I don't know how he survives on such poor sales skills. He comes to my home, I go over all the fencing measurements and tell him what I want. He puts it all in his computer while at my house, he doesn't even give me a copy like the other two salesmen that gave me estimates did. I told him he is in the middle in price compared to the other estimates I received, I said that because he told me about financing options through Lowes I think it best to go with Lowes. He said his installer would be contacting me next after I get the financing application completed. I received a link via email to apply for the Lowes financing. They approved me at a credit limit at half of his quote. I tried to get in touch with Jake Koffel via phone, text, and email to ask some questions. He never returns any of these attempts. The last email I sent him was that I would be paying cash for the difference over what Lowes approved me at. I have heard nothing. I think it best after I read many unsatisfied customer reviews regarding fencing installations through Lowes nationwide. Lowes needs to know who is out there representing them in such a poor manner! I will not be using the account I opened with Lowes to do this fence for anything else, what a waste of time!

They should just shut down the store because there's absolutely no customer service there. Did get help in the plumbing department for clarification of the product. Anything after that was a joke, nobody working cash registers self checkout the only way and no help to and from the store to our car with a heavy item.Waited for 15-20 minutes at our car to lift the item which was 101 lb toilet. Finally just did it myself, as my mother looked on in disbelief. I just told her it's part of the administration in office and the unraveling of our country.Will not shop there ever again and yes I know ..... Nobody cares.

lLowes delivery sucks I was supposed to have a new fridge delivered on Saturday no show called the store several times was told they were on the way. Called at closing was told they canceled my delivery I asked to have it delivered the next day. I called the next day at 7 and found out that they rescheduled for Monday now I have to miss work which is why I asked for Saturday delivery. Was also told I would receive a email still have not received that. Lowe's needs to fire that delivery company

I needed a dryer and I had in mind what kind of dryer I needed. Gillian, waited on me today. I definitely will be back for her excellent customer service and knowledge of the appliances. She showed me different options that fit in my budget. She made shopping for the dryer painless and seamless. Thank you!

You might have to call their regional office to get anything done with this store. I called the store multiple times to get an update on my delivery and was never able to be transferred to the appliance or delivery sections. When I was, they just transferred me back to customer service. After a few rounds of back and forth to customer service, I asked to talk to a supervisor and got the run around saying customer service would let them know to call me back. Never happened. After a couple days of not getting through to anyone I called again to try to talk to someone and never got through so I asked to talk to the store manager and they hung up on me. I wish I didn't have to resort to being "that customer" but at this point, what else is there to do? I called their regional office, spoke to a rep who had to call the store directly to see what's going on. After a few minutes she assured me one of the managers would call me and set up a new delivery time. The manager called after an hour or so and put us as the first stop the next day. Horrible experience but I will say if you can work with Cody in appliances you should absolutely do so. He seemed to be the only one in there that actually made the effort to contact me and help out.

Don't come here if you need help on a home project you are new to. Even if if you tell them you're attempting something you haven't before and you would like them to educate you a little and get you set up with all the supplies you need - good luck. You're on your own. They mixed my paint up for me, sure, sold me a good primer, but failed to tell me it'll be just set on a specific side of the counter when done mixing and I won't be alerted to its readiness. The girl even glanced at me several times as I sat and waited and waited (after picking up all the paint supplies I assumed I'll need even though I asked her for help in securing those) and just let me sit and wait while my paint was apparently already one and sitting there to be picked up. Someone else asked me if I needed help, when I said I was waiting for paint they came back to me after they realized it was done and showed me where it was. I then went to another aisle to have my anxiety attack that had been building the whole time. This is the second time I've gone in asking for help and left feeling like this. I hate this store.

I called for help with a complicated exchange. After waiting on the phone for an extended period of time, I got to speak to a very nice, reassuring sales associate. He guided me to as for the floor manager who would be there the next day. When I called back, after waiting quite a long time, I was told he would be there at 12:30. We had to arrange a truck to bring the item back to Lowes. My husband and daughter were there on time, but were told the floor manager was not there. On another call, we were told he was in a meeting for a half hour yet. They couldn't stay. I called later and ultimately talked with the manager. He listened with a sincere considerate demeanor, reassured me he would personally take care of the exchange when we returned the next day. He did do efficiently with a kind, personal approach that healed our frustration and fulfilled our exchange needs. We are grateful. We would rate his customer service at 5 stars. The 4 reflected the route to the experience as a whole.

If I could give them a zero star I would. The flooring department was rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak with a manger and she said she was the manager. When I asked to speak with her boss she hung up on me. When I called back was repeatedly hung up in from the customer service department. I have used Lowes as my go to for the last 10 years. But now I am ready to go some where else. My last order that went to their store was lost after they received it. And it took them days to find it. This place has turned into a joke. Terrible customer service. And management that have no clue what they are doing.

Very poor customer service. I had a minor problem with my snowblower. One of the prongs broke of where the electric cord connects to the electric starter. It was still under warranty so I took it in to have it fixed at Lowes on Division. I dropped it off on 8/26/21 and was told that it could take up to six weeks before it was fixed. I told them just call me when its ready. It was over 6 weeks,I called them on October the 8, 13 and 21 to check if it was done yet. Customer service said they did not get it back yet. I called the repair shop and found out that it was completed and returned on 9/23/21. I called to speak to the manager, talked to Cody about it. He said that he would check and get back with me, he never called back. I kept calling and the phone kept ringing but no one answered. I called customer service to tell him to call me back, he never called back. I had to go down in person to speak to him. I got my snow blower back on the 28, they had it the whole time and kept telling me they didn't. I tried to start it and it did not start. I returned it on the 30. The manager gave me a refund but did not even apologize to me. Also, when I ask employees where certain things are some don't know. Others say it is in number so and so. When I go there the product I'm looking for is not even there. Some of the employees are rude others don't know where certain items are. I am no longer going to shop there. They do not treat there customers good.

Treating Vets like garbage. I went to check out at Lowe's garden section. I showed my ID (Vet status). After a mumble of Thank you for your service, I was told is great detail that I had to register on My Lowe's on line or go to customer service. This process took no less than 10 minutes while two Lowe's employees debated on weather or not I would even get a discount on sale items. People behind were toe tapping and grumbling(I was too). It was humiliating. After getting my receipt I went to customer service. The lady spoke to me as if I had stolen from them. I was dismissed (no sorry, no acknowledgement of a confusing system). I needed to register on line. Another publicly humiliating moment. My question is, why do I need to give Lowe's my personal information to get a lousy 10% off. While it's published everywhere they offer this great discount, beware. The treatment you have to go through may not be worth it. :

Went to Lowe’s yesterday and asked if they could cut some plywood for me. Unfortunately my vehicle cannot accommodate a full sheet. Asked two employees and both told me to go ask at the counter. Neither tried to assist me other than that. I stood in line and when it was finally my turn, I asked the woman behind the counter and she initially tried to look for someone. I heard her mutter under her breath that she would need to find someone or she would have to do it. When she couldn’t find anyone, she told me it was broken. I guess I’ll be going to Home Depot.
