So far I can only review the customer service for the store. We weren’t even planning to buy a coach! The easy, knowledgeable, accommodating service by the 2 representatives was amazing. I call them representatives and not salespeople because there was no sales pitch, just gentle demonstrations and questions answered. Satisfying! Now waiting excitedly for our loveseat!

Love the furniture but the woman that helped us the the spokane location lied to us. It has taken over 3 months and we are still waiting on the covers we ordered. We can't get any information other than you will get notification when it's being delivered. The delivery people just rolled the boxes off the truck on the ground roughly and left without a word. The whole experience is bad.

Nice beautiful store-! Your TV ad's brought me in from far away. I would think staff could be more presentable/professional. Knowledge was good-! Enjoyed my experience will be considering.

Sierra and Kylie were absolutely wonderful to work with! Sierra was genuine in her efforts to understand what we were looking for and helped us through the entire process without high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend you check them out if you in the market for a cozy couch!

It was fun putting them together. I've already moved them about 3 times to different designs. The only negative was putting the covers on. Would love a white glove treatment to be offered.

I first heard of lovesac through ads online but was impressed with their recycled materials and revolutionary take on what a couch could be.Then I checked them out in person at the downtown mall spokane. Must have gone in at least five times, asking questions, getting quotes, looking at arrangements and every time the employees there were super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Finally we got our new couch just as we moved into our new home. I don’t think we’ll ever be able to go back to a traditional stationary couch again.

My husband and I visited Lovesac in Spokane on a busy Saturday. There was only on gal working the floor name Devin. She was awesome!!! With all the customers in there with questions, she was so polite, patient and handled everyone with ease. I did a phone order on Monday and once again Devin was super helpful, I hope they never lose her!!!
