So far I can only review the customer service for the store. We weren’t even planning to buy a coach! The easy, knowledgeable, accommodating service by the 2 representatives was amazing. I call them representatives and not salespeople because there was no sales pitch, just gentle demonstrations and questions answered. Satisfying! Now waiting excitedly for our loveseat!

Love the furniture but the woman that helped us the the spokane location lied to us. It has taken over 3 months and we are still waiting on the covers we ordered. We can't get any information other than you will get notification when it's being delivered. The delivery people just rolled the boxes off the truck on the ground roughly and left without a word. The whole experience is bad.

Nice beautiful store-! Your TV ad's brought me in from far away. I would think staff could be more presentable/professional. Knowledge was good-! Enjoyed my experience will be considering.

Sierra and Kylie were absolutely wonderful to work with! Sierra was genuine in her efforts to understand what we were looking for and helped us through the entire process without high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend you check them out if you in the market for a cozy couch!
