I bought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 two weeks ago and was helped by Jim Kruze and the finance guy, Josh. These two guys were a pleasure to work with and made my car buying process easy!! They both listened to exactly what I was looking for and the budget I wanted to be at. Jim was very knowledgeable about the Mazda, never felt pressuring, or gave off a sleezy salesman vibe you might find at other lots.Mind you, I knew my Mazda was exactly what I've been wanting, and I saw it online the night before. I came early the next day, and it certainly did not take long for me to fall in love with it! The test drive and Jim's quality service sealed the deal!!The finance process took fairly quick and they were able to get the loan and extended warranty right around what I budgeted for! They offered lifetime oil changes wrapped in the payment and I took that offer for only about $10 more a month! No brainer IMO!The Mazda did have a low tire as I test drove it, and after the paperwork was finalized, Jim filled up all four tires and the issue seemed resolved. About a week later, the low tire indicator came back on and I reached out to Jim. He quickly got me setup with an appointment a few days later. Overall, he did a great job with the buying process and helping resolve the tire issue. I recommend working with Jim Kruze for your car buying needs!A few days later, I brought my Mazda into the service center and explained the history of the tire to a very helpful and understanding service technician (unfortunately forgot his name but it started with a Y). He took the initiative to speak to his manager about the tire after determining there was a nail, they ended up patching it up for me and covered the cost of the fix. Bravo Lithia!! ??You guys are doing business fairly and honest IMO, and I appreciate it so much! I love my Mazda and am glad I was able to find it at Lithia! If you're looking for a new ride, I recommend checking out this place!

I had decided I wanted to get serious about buying a truck a few months ago. I mentioned this to an old friend/neighbor who we nicknamed "Loud Chuck" that it was overwhelming & I did not know where to start. He told me I should reach out to our old neighbor and friend Scott Brewer @ Lithia. For some reason I forgot Scott was in that business. We met, I told him what I was looking for and then he introduced me to one of their salesmen William. They must have listened to what I told them I wanted due to the fact that I ended up buying the first truck we test drove. The truck was listed at a very fair price & they worked with me and quickly ironed out a few details. I felt heard, taken care of & respected.

Purchased a 21 Gladiator from Lithia and unfortunately a nail was discovered in the tire shortly afterwards. Fortunately Lithia's sales team and service department took care of this right away. Communication between service department and customer could improve as many of the customers there had been there for an hour plus with no updates on the status of their vehicle or even if their vehicle was done. Despite this, sales and service were very friendly and on top of the issue. Would I recommend them? Yes, why?? Because professionalism and amicable interaction were prioritized in my interaction with them. I cannot stand rude people and everyone there was very approachable.

Amazing work what these people do. John Berger was able to get me in looking at my car fast and at a time that worked well around my busy work schedule. They answered all of my questions, which was super helpful because this was my first time EVER buying my own car but John and the rest of the team made my life so easy. Thank you to everyone there, I cannot recommend them enough!

My wife and I bought a Ram 2500 6.7 today from this dealership today. This was by far the best car buying experience we have had to date. Our salesman Jim Kruse was very helpful and not pushy to make the sale. He took the time to show us the dealership and how the process would work in the future for service etc. Jim and this Lithia store will be our first option in the future for car/truck purchases. Thanks Jim you did great today tell the young lady that detailed the truck for us GREAT job.

Update: Lithia requested we call and discuss our frustration, which we did. They listened and apologized for the lengthy time it was taking to fix our truck that we use on a daily basis at the ranch. They explained the supply chain issues they have had and assured us that our truck was and will be their top priority. We will change our rating to a 4. We have taken our Dodge truck into Lithia several times over the last 5 weeks for several issues. Driver seat motor out, dashboard lights working and not working, a service light randomly coming on the going out without reset. Our first visit they ordered the seat motor replaced two ball joints and found no computer issue with the dash and service lights. We got the truck back the following day knowing we would return when the parts came in for the seat. The following day the dash light went out again and the service soon light was back on. We took the truck back again. They then stated it needed new computer chips so now we wait. They have had our truck for a week telling us the parts are on there way. We were told the parts were in Portland, next we were told they would arrive on Wednesday, next we were told the strike is delaying the parts. We have heard delivery on Friday and now looking into the next week. Lithia is the largest dealership in the United States yet they are unable to coordinate a simple deliver across 2 states. I can guarantee the CEOs of this large company had no delay in getting their bonuses. Last time we purchase a Dodge 3500 dually.

Great experience working with Lithia and Butch Kruse our salesman. We were out of state buyers and the transaction was completed remotely except for signing when we came to pick up our new/used vehicle a Toyota 4runner. After leaving the shop we had a situation and I called Butch. This was completely out of his control, but he dropped everything and came to our rescue. Butch went above and way beyond his responsibility to help us. I would recommend him to anyone if they are looking for a caring responsible sales person. Thank you Butch, truly appreciate all you did for us.Kathy

Absolutely terrible customer service. They hang up on you and charge for warranty service if and when you can get them to take it! My son (a mechanic) and daughter-in-law bought a 2019 jeep from them. Had like 10k miles on it. It's been a nightmare. My grand babies ride in the Lemon. The abs light comes on while she's passing! The ac has never worked despite being turned in multiple times for warranty coverage.During one visit to lithia for repairs... while it was in the yard one of their workers backed into the jeep and damaged the door and door frame! After significant arguments they finally agreed to fix it. Multiple issues, they don't honor the warranty, they won't provide a loaner vehicle, which is in the warranty and they are condescending, belittling to my daughter, they hang up on my son!! Now mind you this is the 3rd year at least, dealing with them! Now there are electrical issues along with the ac, abs and transmission problems.They don't ever fix the problems and the lemon death trap continues to fall apart. They never return calls and flat lie to you on the phone.Run! Run far run fast away from this dealership!!!!We are currently seeking legal counsel to represent us! In researching their conduct we've found multiple complaints of similar conduct. They wear you down until you give up n go away. Oh and did I mention no other shop or dealership will honor their warranty or work on their vehicles?If anything happens to my kids or grandchildren as a result of their incompetence you can bet that the legal action being taken now will quadruple in liability!

We had a great experience at Lithia. Jim Kruse was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The staff are very friendly and the front desk lady even brought coloring books for the kids while we did paperwork. We’re happy with our 2018 Ram 1500 sport!

We had an appointment at 1pm to look at a Jeep today. Appointment time was set by the saleswoman last night at 615pm. After rearranging our Sunday schedule, we drive about 30minutes to look at this Jeep. We arrive about 1255pm, greeted by a nice gentleman at the front desk, he tries to locate her, comes back and we are told he is unable to locate our saleswoman. Offers to help out this gal that can't be found and asks what we are there to look at. We show him the Jeep on their website and he goes to look it up. Returns only to tell us it is not on the lot, that it was sent out the previous day to have some bubbling paint repaired on the hinges. Not sure how the salesperson looked over the Jeep if it was not in the lot, or how she looked it up and did not know it was not there. This gentleman asks if there is something else on the lot that we would like to look at, we immediately get up and say No. This is the second time we have been here to look at Jeeps. Its very sad as this is exactly what we have been looking for, for about a year now. I get that we are only 1 piece of sand in the their sandbox of customers, however our time is important to us! Obviously they don't care much about the potential customers. Its now been 3.5hrs since we left and have not received an email, phone call or even a simple text apologizing. Yet when you put in your information in their app, interested in one of their vehicles, they are all over contacting you to make a sale, texts, emails, personalized video... What happened to professionalism?

This particular dealership has been the best I've been to. From the salesman to the service it's been great. I'm on the road full time pulling a trailer with my dodge 3500. I travel full time and have had to use other dealerships and try to hold off on important issues til I get back to Spokane.

Daniel Robinette is awesome! He knows how to take care of customers. He asks the right questions, he listens to understand, and he knows what he is talking about. He is the kind of person you want to find when you vehicle needs service and you are bringing it to a business for the first time. Daniel has helped me, on multiple occasions, navigate the complexities of our warranty and get the coverage that is owed to us. Daniel is solid gold - if I were in leadership at Lithia, I would promote Daniel to Service Manager and use him to train other team members.

Thieves work here. Don't take your vehicle here.We took our vehicle to Lithia for warranty work and a 30k service. We we got our vehicle back we found that there were numerous items stolen from inside the vehicle. When we reported the theft to the dealership they acknowledged that vehicle break ins are a common occurrence at their dealership, yet aside from cameras very little is done to prevent these incidents. I was also told to "go f-ck yourself" by the mechanic, Matt, who was the technician assigned to my vehicle when he asked if I thought they were responsible for the theft.After two days, and the involvement of the General and Service Managers, we received a phone call saying they had no footage of the theft, although the vehicle was under observation of at least one of their cameras. This leads us to the only logical conclusion, the theft was done by an employee and there has been no attempt by the dealership to find out who the thief is, nor do anything to make this right; not even offering to replace the owners manual that was stolen from the vehicle.

we bought a 2020 Jeep that THEY ADVERTISED with a winch. After the sale, which they ripped us off on our trade in, we went to use the winch and there was no remote to operate it. We contacted them and were told it was sold as is, too bad. It was like them selling us the Jeep with no keys to operate it. They are no different than any of the other shyster car dealer. Beware!
