“Myles does a great job every week to make sure we have all the items stocked and handles all of our needs with professionalism and accuracy. U.S. Linen & Uniform is a stand out company and will continue to refer them to other businesses that have the need.”

“This place was awesome! I hadn't been to a laundromat in quite awhile (I was washing a rug and some comforters) and needed some guidance, and Ashli was so helpful! She showed me how to use the electronic card system, how to pick the appropriate machines and how to correctly start them and pay. Wonderful experience and I will be returning!”

“Safe place to store your extra stuff. Staff was very friendly and helpful, no issues with move in or out. When I asked about what time we had to be out by, they were very accommodating and helpful. Only issue we had is that there is not 24 hour access to the facility. The reasoning makes sense, but it can be inconvenient, especially if you are on a time crunch to get things moved.”

“Pretty nice spot! I’m visiting from TX and my hotel didn’t have a laundry service. Found this place on Google maps and it was awesome! It was pretty easy, walk in, put money on a laundry card, and swipe your card on the machines! It was a clean place! And the owner had little sized detergent, softeners and dryer sheets.Overall, loved the experience!”

“I’ve been here a handful of times and always have a positive experience, but my last visit here is worthy of a review. I had a ridiculous amount of laundry (gearing up for a move) and came in with basket after basket. Chris was on duty, and he was so friendly and helpful, making conversation with me for the several hours I was there. Again, I’ve always felt welcome, but this time was just so exceptional! He even helped me load all of my clean clothing back into my truck when I was finished, providing me with a few plastic bags to protect them from the rain. I’m genuinely bummed I’m moving, because this is THE place to go for laundry service. The staff is outstanding and everything is so clean & user-friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place :)”

“I have been using this location (as well as the downtown one to have pillows washed every now and again) and really enjoy the customer service. I’ve never picked something up that wasn’t clean and smelling great, and enjoy knowing I’ll continue to have the same experiences here in the future:)Service: Comforter cleaning”

“Words cannot express my level of gratitude for this business. Lets be honest, great customer service is rare. These guys knocked it out of the park. My entire experience with them from start to finish was so effortless. I was so impressed with the young lady that assisted me (whos name I still did not get).If you have ever accidentally washed and dried a load of clothes with a paint stick used on tires you may be able to match my level of panic. They were so quick and had the right chemicals on hand to remove the "permanent" product. I will never go anywhere else for specialty wash items. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”

“It was recently my 1st experience going to a laundromat & it was a bit overwhelming Erika is so friendly & helped my silly-self out & gave me tips. I've caught her cleaning the machines which warms my ocd heart I use the Pay Range app with their newer machines which makes it so easy & I don't have to use up all my quarters ?There are vending machines, drip coffee, a quarter machine, tables to fold, chairs, & rolling carts for easier lifting (or for your toddler to sneak in while your back is turned).”

“I needed to get 3 suits, 2 blazers, and 2 pants dry cleaned for a trip, and they took great care of my clothes. I'm very impressed with the service, and with the staff. I'll definitely be using them again, and referring them to my friends.”

“Clean with option to purchase soap and a change machine plus ATM. I think lowest wash I saw was $2. Looks like .25cents to dry for 7 or so minutes. A few out of orders but nothing too crazy unless it gets crowded here. Some laundry baskets to move your clothes or fold them with tables around. No public restrooms.”

“The Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic has purchased office supplies from Alsco for many, many years. We like the quality of their products and appreciate the delivery to our office. However, it is best to pay with cash or check as the service fee for using a credit card is very high.”

“Best laundromat in Spokane! Always clean, machines are well-maintained. They have huge 3-4 bin washers to do all your bedding at once! Brad has always been incredibly helpful and kind every one of my half-dozen visits!”

“I live on Fairchild AFB and we do not have a laundry mat. This place is close and always has machines available, there is a restaurant on one side, and gas station in the middle. Plenty to keep you busy while doing a few loads.”

“In my experience there are essentially two sorts of businesses:

1) Businesses that SERVE the customer, meaning they do their best to keep their promises to someone buys products or services from them. A good place to do business.

2) Then there are businesses who take CARE of their customer, meaning they anticipate needs or issues and resolve them in a way that works both for the customer AND the business.

Based on my recent experience of Beacon Cleaners, they are of the second type: I brought in a shirt with a chain lubricant that had run down my sleeve while working on a in my shop. I couldn't get the lubricant out with any of the detergent or goo chemistry I tried . . . so I took it to Beacon. They got the goop out of the shirtsleeve AND took care of a stain on the back of the shirt that I hadn't even noticed that was of a different nature from the issue I went there to resolve and apparently required very different and repeated treatment, for which they did not charge me.

Most significantly . . . they treated me in a good mood that had
me leave very glad that I had taken my challenging job to a more-than-competent cleaner.”

“If you want to feel safe, don't go after dark and if you do, don't go alone. Very sketchy area. But this is at no fault of the laundromat owner. They have over a dozen security cameras covering every inch of the property. So just know that if anything bad happens to you while you're doing your laundry, it was caught on camera...? lol”
