After posting a one star review and heading back to the dealership I was treated more fairly. They completed my inspection (this did take 4 days) but helped me get my rental car covered by my warranty for those days. After the parts arrived they completed two services and an oil change in a day. These items were covered under my warranty, however Honda covered the deductible this time. Ryan stayed in touch with me and contacted my warranty multiple times to get everything covered and taken care of this time around.

I was able to at least charge up for a few minutes which was badass and they've got some pretty good coffee. I'm very interested in becoming a mechanic so I think that's why I've been checking out some of the dealerships. I like Larry H. Miller, they seem to be down to earth and they didn't judge me for the homeless situation I'm in.

Communicative and effective. Not necessarily cheap, but hey, it is what it is.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall. I decided to wait for the hour to hour and a half that it said it would take to complete the recall when I scheduled the appointment. When I check in they inform me that it would take a full day or even overnight to repair. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. What a waste of my time. Why couldn't you have told me that upfront. Horrible service.

Bought new 2023 Honda pilot. When I picked it up it had a cracked windshield. They refused to fix it, told to use my car insurance.

What a great service department. I've always had great experiences here. I value honesty and commitment to the customer. They called me ahead of my service appointment to let me know they were having issues with their computer system and gave me a few options because they valued my time. The whole dang service department is great!

Howard Berry was fantastic! He made me feel comfortable and didn't try to pressure me at all. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you to all the staff!

Be forewarned to not leave anything in your vehicle when you drop your car off for service here. While my car was in the shop for a few days, it became apparent that some had stolen a few items from car- nothing expensive- just pepper spray and a few other random items. I'm assuming that one of the technicians left it unlocked and a random person happened upon it. While this was disappointing, the lack of response from the dealership was surprising. I never hear back from the service department or even the general manager about this issue. It's such an unsettling feeling knowing someone rummaged through my car- possibly seeing my address and having access to my garage door opener. Lesson learned!

While visiting friends and family out in Washington/Idaho, my car needed to be serviced after driving across the country. I decided to give this dealership a chance, even though I had heard about their shady dealings for the past 10 years or so. Biggest mistake of my life. They were sooo worried about me being able to pay for the service (it was coordinated through my daughter's father) that you would think that they actually worked hard on my car. Well, when I came to pick my car up, there were scratches all over my front bumper, some tires on it that weren't the tires that I originally dropped the car off with, and after driving it around town for the day, I realized that my gas mileage literally tanked, which never happened before in the year of me having this vehicle. Thankfully, I was able to get new tires shortly after (not from there) and a proper oil change elsewhere. $500 bucks down the drain for a service that was done correctly by someone else for under $100. These slick talking dealership service managers really put on a great show. They weren't expecting a woman to come in there who actually knows her car, knows how to change her own oil, and has actually worked in a dealership service department. I'd recommend saving your money and time.

Be very very weary of their "in house" financing, or as they call it "our bank". I tried to finance a used Nissan from them and was quoted a monthly payment of $755 on a purchase price of $24,500 at 18% over 72 months and 1,000 down. I was astonished at such a high monthly on a 24K car. When I asked the sales person why, he initially claimed he does not know and will get back to me. Next day, I was informed by the sales person that the reason for the high price was because of a "Service Agreement" on the vehicle. To which I quickly replied: "the only way for a service agreement to push the monthly payment to 750, is if the agreement was over 10,000 dollars". I then asked, "what is the cost of the service agreement?". The salesperson said "I don't have that information". I said to him "You got to be kidding me!" I pressed him some more to get the exact price of the service agreement and again, told me that he'll have to get back to me but he will also send me a copy of the breakdown via email. I received the one page worksheet and started to audit the calculations on the worksheet and something was just not adding up. I called the salesperson again and started to drill him on the worksheet starting with the conspicuously missing information on the service agreement. I asked where is the amount of the service agreement and to my complete amazement he said "Well, for some reason, it does not print the amount on the actual worksheet I sent you". I wish I was making this up but that is what he said to me. I was dumbfounded and said, "how in the heck, can you expect me to drive up there and purchase the car without first knowing the exact details of the financing???? I asked him again, why is the agreement price not shown and how much is it. He again said "I'm not sure but I'll get back to you". Not even 10 minutes after we hung up, I get a call from the "Finance Guy". He said that apparently, I had some questions about the financing?. I asked him why the monthly was so high on a purchase price of 24K. I also asked him why the sales tax on the purchase price is double what it should be (6.5%) to which he insultingly said to me "well, your calculations are wrong". It just went downhill from there. I pressed him further on the monthly payment to which he said "well, you have the TTL, etc, etc. I pointed said, "I'm plugging in all the variables here and I'm still getting a monthly of $555". He again told me "I don't know what software you are using but its wrong". I started to tell him that a simple calculation of the tax at 6.5 percent is this amount and not what you are showing on the worksheet..........then, he interrupted me and said: "Ok, so where do you want to be with this car?". I was so pissed off because at that point, I was more than convinced that I was being scammed into agreeing to a fraudulent and completely misleading financing scheme. I called the salesperson back and told him what happened on the phone with finance guy and he just kept apologizing and we hung up. I also sent him an email with the same information.......crickets. Not a follow up call from the salesperson, finance guy, not even management. You've even seen mice scatter when you pull the refrigerator out?

That is still unsure. I CALLED AND no one ever got back to me. I had to text my name and email and phone and car I drive and I haven't received a call back yet. This dealership is full of lies and want to sell you things you don't need. DON'T GO TO LARRY H MILLER. STAY AWAY.

Utterly disgraceful. Bought my car here (after much dickering), purchased the service packages, and then bought tires when the factory tires for my new HR-V were supposedly completely spent in under 10K miles. Went in today to have a brand new tire replaced after getting a flat in the middle of the night driving over some unknown object (a curb? a rock? and cinderblock?...not sure as the object was gone the very next day) and was told that I had to purchase another brand new tire (the flattened tire was about a month old) and pay to have it mounted. When I asked why this wasn't covered as a road hazard was told it was "an accident" akin to hitting a deer. The salesman also told me, his customer, that he wasn't going to discuss the matter any further. So much for customer service. The best part, the tire was even more expensive than it was a month ago. I realize that this behavior is pretty typical of salesmen and car dealerships in particular, but really??? I immediately requested a refund for the balance of the prepaid service package I had purchased (which I will most likely have to wait months to receive) and put in a call to the Walmart automotive department. Not only was Walmart able to order the tire while on the phone with me (the Honda dealership had completely failed to do this and wanted me to come back in the middle of the day, after telling me to come in as early as possible), but the cost of the tire and its installation was less than the cost of the tire alone through Honda. Bottom line, Larry Miller Honda is rip off with a bunch shiesty, condescending, two-bit hustlers looking to screw you over. Much as I love the Honda vehicles, I have no intention of ever setting foot on the premises of that dealership/service department again.
