Well Spokane Washington. This is my first time at this Honda dealership My car's name is silver Bell it's a Honda CRV 2012 and I needed to come get it in because I moved here from Seattle less than a week ago and wanted to make sure to get the car looked at and ready for you know life. Nils is amazing. He is a gentleman that helped me first for getting my car situated he when you come into the downtown one here on Jefferson He's on the far right desk. Very nice man very personable told me what I should do for my car cuz it's going to cost $3,000 and me being 42 broke single not married no kids and back looking for a full-time job again living with my parents I was like I cannot do that right now I need to do whatever is possible to keep it safe while I drive so I was like don't give any b******* so I told him what I need and he said okay do this this and this and it'll be $1,000 it's like okay let's do that so then me being kind of a bossy person because you know I have no one else to do it I got to do everything myself I walked in and I was like okay what's going on with my car I'm very visual I need to know what's going on show me everything so Derek I think his name is Derek was showing me what was wrong with the car what I needed replaced he told me about mileage he told me about my check engine light he told me about gas mileage he told me what will be good but will not be good I took pictures so I can send it to friends and family so other than that they were very very very nice down here so I highly recommend if you have a Honda bring it down here be straightforward with them what you can and what you cannot do and they will try to work around it for you it's a nice facility there's a nice bathrooms there's a water fountain there's a kids play area so yeah it seems like a cool place Don't let them b******* you cuz I don't like that for dealerships or stuff like that but other than that if you have your Honda bring it down here!

I don’t know his last name but my Philippine friend Randy was the best car dealer you could ever wish for. Nobody likes sitting for hours and hours doing talk when all you have in your heart and mind is that one car you are there for in the first place. That’s when Randy comes in, he’s got it done for me within an hour!!! I have now my Honda Hr-V Sport 2025!! All thanks to Randy and if you see this review, thank you my friend for your great work, keep it up!!! ???

Even if you have a scheduled Recall, they will still unfortunately find a way to charge you a few hundred dollars on top. Great cars. Not the best honesty or service.

I normally don’t review but I had a wonderful experience here at Honda. As a college student, it was pretty frustrating to deal with car troubles amidst starting a new academic year. But Ryan (and his team) were so amazing at walking me through the process, and organizing Lyfts/ Uber services to get me to where I needed to be with the car in the shop. On top of that, going above and beyond with exceptional customer service and showing empathy and understanding for my situation. Thank you Honda Team!

I was greeted promptly, advisor professional. One of two issues was gas door would not open without several tries.
Was told there was no problem. On way home I stoped at two locations and tried to open when I came back to car. Neither time would it open. Got home and was about to take and send a video to advisor, and the cap door opened the first try. Most frustrating thing. This has been going on for months.
