Heidi Shaw at the Spokane La-Z-Boy store rocks! She was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and very patient. Very happy with my new sofa. For years, I have rarely been able to sit on a couch due to neck/back pain. I walked into the Spokane gallery and got the manager Mike Hoxie, to help me and I told him about the issues I had. He showed me only three couches which all had better back support and not plush sofas that only cause one to sink down in cushions and make me ache. He then had me try a chair that had memory foam support in it and I finally could sit without pain! I got my new sofa with the memory foam support and have been reading and enjoying it on the sofa again, after years of not being able to do so. I also got the stain resist product on the fabric and can say it works well with my white couch because I have a dog who is on it so it gets exposed to dirt and is staying clean. I am very pleased and Mike knows his products so well and gave the finest customer service you could hope for. He is a league of his own for salespersons and cannot say enough good about the LA Z BOY product and the salesperson. Top notch all the way around.

North Spokane La-z-boy store has a great selection and great customer service. Alejandro was super helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this store.

Paid 2500.00 for a custom made recliner, too bad it's the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. No padding in the leg area, very painful unless you are in full recline position. This chair feels nothing like the floor model, I wish I would have bought the 600.00 chair on clearance, at least my pocketbook wouldn't hurt along with my back!!I still need 2 pillows to make the back area comfortable and keep my neck from being put in a crunched position.Go somewhere else and spend less. My chair looks like it is 10 years old, not less than a year old. Makes me sick to think I spent that much on a chair to bring relief, I am trying to make it work....but I shouldn't have to do that with a custom made chair. Poor quality of craftsmanship.

Such an amazing store!!! Don't buy LZB anywhere else! They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Don't read the other "Karen" reviews. Do yourself a favorite and check this store out!!

Today we took our elderly mother to the N. Division store and were immediately greeted by the store manager. He showed her the lift chairs, explained the differences between the options. My husband came along if necessary to "play the man card" because of the poor reviews this store has received. Once I was comfortable asking about the bad reviews, he explained that in 9/22 the store was returned to a "company store" and was no longer privately owned. Every employee we encountered in the two hours we were there were friendly, helpful, and attentive. My mother purchased a custom upholstered chair and felt comfortable spending a large amount of money. She is all about how a place feels... and liked the salesman, the fabric choices, etc. She is not easy to please and felt completely comfortable with her purchase. If you are hesitant just go give it a try. You will see the difference in quality. We are going back to purchase a new recliner ourselves.

The second chair I got is amazingly comfy let's get that straight. However Service was irritating, stressful and stupid in Spokane. First chair my feet were a good 6 inches off the floor which the salesperson should have pointed out would not be comfortable, my feet would go numb and difficult to get out of. Second chair I was charged for delivery (free delivery day) which was incorrect. Called numerous times and both sales person and manager argued and absolutely refused to go over the numbers saying they were right PERIOD. I finally called the Kennewick store and they took off the $99 charge which I am thankful for but I will point out nobody EVER took responsibility for the error, noting the discount under other leaving the delivery charge intact. This was a long, stressful, irritating process. I was amazed that both men refused to look at the numbers with me insisting they were right. RIDICULAS. I have much respect for ownership of a error. I just wanted it removed. They lost a customer, ended up with this review and word of mouth disappointment. Not smart.

La-z-boy has nice furniture but horrible customer service. I bought a sofa and loveseat in July. It was delivered by the company in a timely manner with 2 small holes on the back of the loveseat. The company refused to give me a new loveseat and instead referred me to their warranty company. It's been a nightmare. I have spoke with them several times each time I was on hold for an hour. They finally sent someone out to take pictures and confirm it was a manufacturer problem. They even sent me some fabric to fix it over a month ago. I'm beginning to wonder if they expect me to sew it on myself. This company has systemic problems buy from somewhere else.

Sat for 30 minutes on the couch my wife and I were ready to buy. Didn't get greeted, didn't get a word said to us by any sales associate. We watched an older gentleman enter the store 25 minutes after us and was greeted immediately and helped before us. Had to hunt a salesman down. Would have left but we couldn't get the color we wanted online (we sat and ordered online while in the store) so we had to deal with a sales associate. Purchase online if possible.
