We visited the lazy boy showroom in Spokane to look at a recliner that I had seen advertised on Facebook. We were greeted immediately by an associate who directed us to what we were looking for and let us know he was nearby if we needed help. After looking around for a bit Jim, a design consultant offered to help me also. He showed me choices of fabrics and explained the options. He was very friendly and helpful, and made the process quick and easy. My husband and I were very pleased with the service. We have purchased many pieces of furniture at this lazy boy location and have always been happy with the outcome.

We’ve always been happy with La-Z-Boy. This time did not disappoint. The service was great from the store all the way to delivery. Our salesman never felt like a salesman. It felt like he was there to help us. We are lifetime customers.

We had a lovely experience with La-z- Boy. Our salesman was patient and explained things well. My husband is disabled and spends a lot of time in his chair and it is worn out making him more uncomfortable than necessary. He is also 6’5” and they have a one of chairs for tall folks! Also, pet friendly fabric! I hope it is a perfect as it sounds. But the purchasing experience was terrific.

REALLY poorly made now, but still very expensive. Not the same quality as in the past. Tried to return due to visible flaws and got the runaround. Beware of the upsale. Still have the recliner couch. Doubt it will hold up to normal wear.

Alejandro was ready to help us the moment we walked in the door. Friendly and welcoming, he asked how he could help us and when I told him what I was looking for, he immediately showed me exactly what I was looking for. When we research furniture options, the La-Z-Boy Store on North Division is at the top of our list! Their products are outstanding and plentiful.
With our latest purchases, the sales associate we worked with (Alex Novela) proved knowledgeable and helpful. Even their delivery team members (Triston and Terence) were superb!

Our experience at La-Z-Boy was extremely positive. They are not pushy and give you space to make decisions. Their interior designer was fantastic and was very helpful in choosing our pieces. We can't wait for them to arrive.
