My shopping experience was very good.They had some really good sales going on and I found just what I was looking for. Mary was my cashier and she is such a nice lady. I always leave the store feeling happy.

I had the most wonderful experience at Kohls today!! I'm an older gal and was helped more than once today at the Northtown store by Esbeyel. From helping me when the store beepers beeped when I was done shopping to beeping once again when I came back thru the store to being my cashier (I did more shopping) and then going through all the trouble of signing me up for a Kohls card then and showing me how to use it on my app. I appreciate all the time she spent to help me. These types of employees are almost extinct these days and she is a blessing to your company!! I will share my experience with all my friends!!! She is a true Gem!!

I was shocked to see all the jewelry cabinets empty in the Northtown shopping center in Spokane, WA. I asked a nearby clerk and I was told it was to make way for the Sephora line of products. From the type of merchandise on display on the first floor, I can’t help but wonder if Kohls will go out of business this summer. That’s a scary thought!!

The store looked nice overall, but the change rooms are dirty!! The clerks were very nice.
