Great leadership and support for agents which reflects on the customer service the agents provide to their clients. Warm atmosphere!

What an amazing and welcoming environment! I moved to Spokane from San Diego and was looking for a brokerage to hang my hat and my experience with them so far has been nothing short of amazing!

Had been trying really hard to get qualified for a property, to not be taken seriously by the realtor Angela Foote. I had asked her to put in an offer for me and she never even did that or wrote anything up for me, come to find out today that the property is pending. Very upset I ran my credit for nothing.

Carl is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Scammed me basically. Rude and was more for the buyer and very stuck in his beliefs and treated me as if I had no chance when I was the seller and relied on him to guide me and he basically stuck his nose up at me. If all employees are the same here I'm going to give it a single star sorry, but it definitely takes a better person to do this kind of work and he does not carry these qualities.

In my opinion of my experience I was really disheartened when I used Keller Williams as first-time home seller their agents Sarah and LJ Kennedy used four to six phones with different #rs between them to keep in contact and send text messages made many promises with their mouth that the contracts did not deliver and as a first-time home seller that's disabled I was greatly greatly discouraged and I would never use Keller Williams again for having those type of people hired. See they even asked me for a honest review I gave it and they deleted it off the site because it told the truth. If you research enough you will find that they also upset military people with children with the way they screwed them over they're very good at hiding and covering they're wrongs. I suggested two other people to them before I knew they were dishonest and even those two other people decided they didn't want to go with them after all the misleading statements and not following through when it came to the paperwork. In my opinion they screwed us out of at least 8-10 thousand dollars. We went under contract 4 x they did not get the job done in a positive manner. The first buyer at the last day possible meaning day $ was supposed to switch hands they pulled out and we didn't even get the earnest $. It took way to long to sell and even created trouble between me and the property I was trying to buy. Again I would NEVER use Keller Williams again with agents like this that in my opinion were unethical as hell. LJ Kennedy even invited my disabled brother and I to a bar-b-q event for free food. We get there and he charged us as it was a fundraiser. Truly pathetic ethics and morals in my opinion.

Our agent Lisa Peters worked hard to find us just the right home. Our list of must haves was long, but she never gave up. We highly recommend her.

Here's some of my experiences with KW over the last two years being both a buyer and a seller. It searching for land properties, I had KW agents pull stuff out of title reports, lie about easements, well info, septic info, wetlands, boundary problems, building restriction lot access. The current house I own, when I bought it, I came close to cancelling the deal due to the my buyers agent. I had a specific date to buy a house. I had cash my agent decided disappear for four days. I had to call the listing agent to see if the seller accepted the offer. If I would of had more time I'd pulled the deal. I've currently have a house listed with KW. I had the house for sale by owner before I listed it, and I had a KW agent want to list the propert call me and state that she could stop the sell of my property if I didn't list it with her!! I have trust issues with my current KW listing agent. I tried to get the listing cancelled. Right know it's pending. I don't really care if it sells. The agent refused to keep the listing active and take backup offers. I have no problems with the buyer agent (not KW agent). But, if the financing fall through and the house is back on the market, I'll not accept any offers and let the listing expire. After that I'll make sure that no KW agent will ever receive a commission from me. I know real estate my family was in for over 50 years. I've tried to get my issues solved with the KW management. They don't care. Whatever it takes to make the sale. Not all the KW agents are like the ones I've run across. But the real question is why does KW management allow agents to represent them and do the things I've described??? So if you deal a KW agent or office, just be diligent.

Overall, a highly upsetting experience with KW. I know there are no guarantees when it comes to selling your home, however this agency did not deliver on some basic expectations. Our agent strongly oversold herself. Had I not been so crunched for time, I would’ve certainly switched to a different agency. At one point, a Keller Williams agent held an unscheduled tour of our home, throughout all of the house when it was only supposed to be an inspection of the laundry room. This was extremely embarrassing, as we are in the middle of packing and had not prepared our home to be show ready. We received no more than an insincere apology from Keller Williams and the two agents. Our agent had no sense of time management or scheduling; she would tell us an open house is scheduled to end on Sunday, but tell other agents that they could still come at any time on Monday without notifying us. Her excuse was she thought that we would still be out of the house at a hotel, even though we had already spoken with her letting her know that we were returning home. This poor management and scheduling was consistent throughout the process, and was quite a headache for us.At one point, I attempted to speak with our agent in a calm voice about these issues, and how they need to be addressed and remedied. I’ve worked in customer service and sales before, so I understand customers suck. I cannot stress enough that I was speaking in a constructive and professional manner with her. However any criticism towards her performance, resulted in her shedding tears and declaring that it is not her fault. I could understand if I was shouting, cursing, or being overly stern, but I find it incredibly unprofessional that she would start shedding tears over reasonable criticisms towards her performance and issues that are within her control.

Our agent was clearly working for the seller. We wanted to offer less and she persuaded us to offer selling price our we would lose the house. Worst advice I have ever received. We went with the realtor recommended inspector, who was completley inept. He missed that the dishwasher didn't work, there was clear evidence of rodent infestation, the garage door opener is too small for the garage door, the electrical is a joke switches go to nothing and fixtures were installed that are not proper for the outlet and blows light bulbs out. Was supposed to have automatic sprinklers but no one can find the box for them. Plumbing was a joke had to call the home warranty company 6 times in a year. All this the inspector claimed was in good working order. What a piece of crap this house has been. I was out of state for the actual purchase and arrived 1 day before closing. Will never never ever ever use Keller William again.
