Store closed. Hours are posted online closing at 8 nothing on their doors to indicate otherwise. They had already locked their doors at 7:40. No one in sight and they didnt answer their phone. This isnt the first time they closed early.

Really poor customer service. Employee totally overstepped talking to my 3 year old telling him not to move things and put them back (which I of course was going to put them back after he looked at them) she didn't even acknowledge me, just talked down to him.

The app on my phone wouldn't give me access to the additional 30% off my entire purchase, and the sales clerk didn't honor the discount. I spent more than $100. May shop at Michael's or Hobby Lobby next time.

This place has awesome sales and days when you can get substantial percentages off! My kids and grandkids loved the variety of beads and art's and crafts to keep them having a creative and fun time! Love this place...

This is the saddest Joann Fabric stores I have ever seen. As soon as you walk in the door it has the vibe of a low class disorganized thrift store. Cluttered, unorganized, empty shelves, zero help. It was a sad place that did not make me feel good. Won't be back.

My mother and I frequently go here mainly because it’s the closest store and we are crafty. I have to say that every time we go in I have an encounter with the management and that lady is the rudest lady I have ever met! She literally pushed my mother’s items into her person at the register as to rush her faster! Uncalled for in my opinion….The store is unorganized, empty shelves, dirty and most employees were everywhere basically just visiting.My mother had to walk away from the cutting station because the staff was visiting and did not even acknowledge her! We stood there for several minutes.We spend a lot of time in this store and I am willing to give benefit of doubt for many different reasons but our last 5 visits in the past month have been terrible and I will be driving further for a better experience from here on out!Do better Joanne’s.Get better management!!!

I feel bad for the employees here. They’re clearly understaffed, and it’s evident that management doesn’t care. The store is simultaneously barren and completely messy. Boxes are everywhere, yarn is untangled and placed in random spots in aisles, whole aisles are empty. Piles of garbage were holding the door to the back open, and an irritating beeping noise was coming from the open door. This store was genuinely one of the most disorganized and unclean places I’ve shopped. The prices don’t justify the awful shopping experience.
Management: close the store, clean it up, unpack the inventory, get more staff.

One of the most unorganized Joanns I have visited. Ordered something online and checked in for curbside, waited over 10 mins for order and then went inside. Took another 8 mins to figure out where or if they had my order. Why offer curbside if they don’t use it?This was a horrible experience.
