I always have a great experience with this dealership servicing my Jaguar, they are friendly and thorough with their work. I was provided with a very nice loaner vehicle. This is the only place I trust with my vehicle!

I hate that I have to write this. First I need to say that my sales guy Antonio has been amazing, even trying to help me on his days off. I have held off on this review as I didnt want this to reflect poorly on him.
I bought my car from here as it was the only Forte GT with a 6 speed manual in the state. Upon test drive I found that the AC was not working. I was told it would be fixed promptly by the service DEPT. Well in my first 4 weeks of ownership my car has been to the service center 3 times for 3-5 days at a time. They have ordered the wrong part 3 times. During the time when my car has been in the shop I have had to spend a ton of money on ubers and/or rely on co-workers to pick me up, they WILL NOT give me a loaner. Of course when they need to order a new part I have to go pick my car up wasting my time and my sales guys time to come pick me up. Its the middle of summer and I drive a car with all black interior and black leather seats, I pour sweat. So either my car is in the shop and I cant go anywhere or do anything or I am absolutely miserable in my car that I pay $500 a month for. I recommend that if there is any issue with the car that needs resolved YOU RUN, but its also extremely disappointing that the managers are OK with this and have not at least got me a loaner while the car is in the shop.

The salesman was very courteous and accommodating. He was willing to show us a vehicle just before closing, and showed exemplary patience with our children when completing the sale on the following day. The general manager upon noting a defective ac unit on our “new” used purchase even gave us an upgraded loaner vehicle while his technicians repaired our purchased car. All in all, an easy dealership to work with, and super kind, caring employees. Would recommend to others and will use them in the future!

I had reviewed this dealership based off my buying experience and that was great but I’ve now had my vehicle just over 4 years and this review is based off their service department.
My experience with the service department has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only have they kept my car for over a month this time without proactive updates, but last year I endured three months of repeated visits for the same A/C leak issue.
To make matters worse, during one of these visits, they returned my car visibly scuffed and scratched, as if someone had mishandled it and hoped I wouldn't notice. I had to confront them about the damage and insist they take it to a body shop for repairs.
Their disrespect for customers is evident in their lack of communication and disregard for my time. Despite leaving numerous voicemails — about 10-12 between my husband and me over the course of several days — no one answered our calls or returned our messages, including the manager Brian. It was only after persistence that we received a call from a new employee named Angela, who informed us that our vehicle had been sitting there for over a month without any service progress.
Angela's update mirrored what Brian, the manager, had told us two weeks prior — that they were waiting on warranty approvals. He told us that our car would be ready by Wednesday or Thursday of that week. This was two weeks ago, and since then, we've been left in the dark with no further communication or updates. Up until the phone call we received as of yesterday from Angela. (07/10/2024)
Despite being in and out of the service department, we continue to have issues, particularly regarding the coolant and previous service work they performed. We hesitate to bring it in for fear of encountering the same runaround and being without a vehicle for weeks again. The only reason we've entrusted them with our car again is because it's still under warranty and, most recently, it wasn't drivable due to necessary repairs.
Overall, the ongoing lack of responsiveness, broken promises, and repeated delays reflect a severe lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I hope this review helps potential customers understand the risks involved when dealing with this dealership's service department. I've already cautioned all my friends and family about my experience, and I am determined to sell my Volvo to avoid any further dealings with them.

The Sales person, Fluke (Fluker) made a huge difference in this. He was authentic, answered any question I had and was very good to work with.. The vehicle has been as described so far, hence the waiting to do a review. I would definitely go back especially if I had the same sales person.

I would absolutely recommend this dealership.
I dealt with a financial hiccup getting financed (by no fault of my own) and it ended up taking a lot of my time to fix - this dealership (Cale especially, thank you so much) went totally out of their way to resolve the issue. I’m really happy.
My car is fantastic and I’ve had no issues with it.
