Paid my taxes and they credited it to 2024. Called and spoke with a person and she could not apply it to 2023....seriously incompetent. Poor customer service, now I have to take time off to go into the office. Do better!

Took a miracle to figure out how to reach an actual person in their phone tree. Was transferred to five different employees and was on hold for a total of more than two hours just to be told I needed some sort of special form for them to answer any questions. I work for another government organization and in the course of an investigation needed simple shared information about the amount of employees a business had. Was told they couldn’t help me and hung up.

Dire financial situation that the IRS demands I deal with. Trying to make contact with them to explain the situation but not a soul can be bothered to discuss the matter so that I can further understand it and possibly even correct a mistake on their part.

I'm a single mother of four, I work two full-time jobs to support my children. I don't receive child support, I don't receive state medical, I don't receive food stamps. And they wanted to charge me $1900 for my tax return when I claim zero at both jobs. Are you kidding me, you want to take more from people that fully support their children on their own. Two of my children's dad is dead, the other one is homeless and the oldest father is in prison and should of received his 3rd strike and they are still gonna release him, in a few years. After he killed someone. DSHS should drug test every parent that wants support of any kind!

feels damn near impossible to speak to anyone regarding assistance with taxes, i had an issue with my taxes and when i try to resolve it im too young to meet the age requirement to get any information on MY taxes, but not young enough to get taxed by the government? makes absolutely no sense. The IRS phone number is about as useful as a wide receiver with no hands

Don’t bother calling idk why they even make it an option anymore because you’re gonna sit hours waiting and then the boy will most likely hang up and you’re gonna be more pissed off because people are controlling your money and taking forever to help you, I suggest going directly to the irs building, on google it doesn’t show the actual building so don’t let that confuse you

I was the only individual at this location. They took 35 minutes to attend me. Irritated at the fact that all I was overhearing was laughter and talking about non-related work convos. Having me wait... UNBELIEVABLE!!! They can't even respect my time. How unprofessional and rude of them. No wonder this establishment has a one star rating. Should be in the negatives. Complete trash!!

The IRS in not legally allowed to exist by we the people, we never as the people told them they could operate as a real company organization so they voted themselves in and made their own laws they are in its entirety stealing from we the people and has been for the entire time that it has forced it's existence.
