Paid my taxes and they credited it to 2024. Called and spoke with a person and she could not apply it to 2023....seriously incompetent. Poor customer service, now I have to take time off to go into the office. Do better!

Dire financial situation that the IRS demands I deal with. Trying to make contact with them to explain the situation but not a soul can be bothered to discuss the matter so that I can further understand it and possibly even correct a mistake on their part.

I have been calling them since I was born I'm getting old now phone still not picking up. To resolve the issue issue I went to office very helpful they tell me go website.
