NEVER use ICCU, they are scammers. They don't like giving loans to anybody that isn't Well off. I had to get a car for work on my own merits without their help. Then I didn't have over draft protection and they allowed a bill for $1200 to go through knowing that I didn't have the money in the bank. This was after they denied everything else into my account. They didn't even let me know what they had done, because they allowed it to go through on the weekend. Needless to say my weekly check showed up and they took it. I had to beg the bank mgr for gas money so I could go to work and not lose my job. To add insult to injury, they gave me 3 separate reasons why they let it go through. Because they needed to cover their behinds. They knew what they did wasn't right. After I told them they lost me as a customer. They threatened me with black mail to ruin my credit. I told them they already ruined my credit by allowing that bill to go through. They knew I hadn't gotten my check yet, when they let it go through, that's why they knew I didn't have any money in my account for that bill. They made me sign some papers under duress , because if I didn't they wouldn't have given the gas money I needed for work and so I wouldn't lose my job. Plus I also lost my storage unit and everything in it because of what ICCU did. I couldn't afford to pay it.

Stole my money and said they will return it but it will take "3-4 days," meanwhile my bank account is at -$360 and I'm being charged overdraft fees while they fix THEIR problem, and they won't do anything to help me.

I am a very new business owner, and student of Homeopathy. I’m transitioning lifestyles and needed a bank account to support my new business, so that all of my expenses were in one card. I also needed to do an Intl Wire Transfer of $150 to pay for a class I wanted to take in India. So off to the bank I go.Let’s start with the transfer: I came there to be be more secure in my transfer as I was always taught bank to bank is the best way. Long story short, they declined to transfer and while four people stood behind looking at a screen and the manager named Bob gave me the declination response….not one person offered me a reason other than “I’m not comfortable with this email” (from my professor in Kolkata). I didn’t have time to argue because I had a client in an hour so I went on to my next order of business of getting my business card. Now, to be fair, Bob actually helped me here, as I thought I had completed my Initial Report to the SOS (naming me governor of my LLC) and I had forgot to, so it was a 10 minute and necessary fix.However. This is where I have a problem: Nobody explained to me WHY I was refused a transfer until I went to Western Union. WU explained that the receiving bank in India can see my account number, so wires need a third intermediary party now, unless you know them personally. I do know him though, met him numerous times, and explained this…so confusing. ICCU did not elaborate on anything. So I left confused. As a new customer, and fragile new business owner (that’s how I feel) I left that place feeling judged, like I was trying to pull shennanigans and did something wrong when my only wrong doing was being naive….I asked multiple times for a reason and never got a straight answer. So what happens when I’m actually IN India during my Internship, and need to use my card? Or any other country they deem untrustworthy? I travel when I can, so will they cut off funds at will? Leaving me stranded with an inability to pay for a room or ride or food?I tried to call and ask these questions, and Bob wouldn’t return my call. I tried to call and see if my SOS license reflected the change on their end. No call back. As a new customer? Building trust? I am waaaay to new to my business to play games or have people I need to educate me, ignore me. I am moving everything to CITIBANK who does have INTL knowledge and clout and presence. Hope this helps someone else.

I do not recommend this practice at all. I encourage you to stay away. I came in wanting partials. They had me meet with a nice, well-spoken dentist, Dr. Greene, first. We agreed on the procedures to be done.I talked with the office manager and told her that I could have the four extractions done at my regular dentist's office for about $320. She told me that I had to have the extractions done there for medical reasons--which later turned out not to be true. They charged me $747 for the extractions. The nice dentist I met with to discuss the work, Dr. Greene, did not do my extractions, and I did not know in advance another dentist would perform them, but they said "we did not promise she would do them."Instead, they had a insensitive, abrupt dentist do the work--and the staff told me that he did extractions because of how he was with patients. He hurt me and was rude.I asked for my money back. They gave me a hard time and charged $1400 for the partials (which would have been around $1000 at other places) and said they couldn't refund money for services already rendered. Terrible, terrible practice. Horrid customer service--bait and switch with dentist and unwillingness to work out the matter afterwards in a fair manner. I wanted a refund for a portion of the surgery--they wouldn't give it to me even though their dentist was rude, not the person I spoke to who I thought would do the surgery, and was very rough. The dentist who owns the practice now seems to not care that his dentist was rough, rude and abrupt with me and insists on keeping the money I already paid. They refunded less than one third of the amount I paid. I told them I would not go back and they would not refund enough to purchase permanent partials from a reputable dentist. They charged $1,400 for temporary dentures, which you can buy at Affordable Dentures for $445.As a comparison, Affordable Dentures would have charged me $925 for what was done, Accure Dental charged me $2339. They even charged me for adjustments that they said were included if done within a specified time period, which they were.

The service and the staff and the quality of product here is beyond excellent. I chose a less expensive "basic" denture and I feel that my money and time ($1,500 cash) was -well- invested.Within 2 hours of leaving the Accure I am eating all kinds of foods and snacks I could never dream of eating with my old dentures with ease and comfortably. They really wait on you hand and foot so to speak during the fitting and design of the denture. Their techniques are excellent and simple.Even the final day you pick your dentures up they will make fine-tune adjustments in a timely manner to make sure you get the most comfortable and accurate fit possible. They make sure that you do not have any spots that "cut" or "hurt" or really even feel pressure. I feel like I have soft curtains lightly resting on my gums. The basic teeth even came with a 6 month warranty and the staff was more than friendly and very informative. I highly recommend anyone to Accure Dentures & Dentistry.
