“This is an edited review after speaking to a manager at the hotel. I had left valuable medical equipment and medication in the room and it was handled horribly from the security department. The hotel staff themselves were wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. I hope security measures are changed. I strongly recommend not forgetting anything in your room.”

Atmosphere is on point and the place is very clean. Enjoy your coffee in the atrium and walk to everything. Parking nearby. We will be back again and again.”

“Attended a wedding here. The outdoor setting was very good on a warm Autumn evening and felt secluded despite being in the Browns Addition neighborhood. The "mansion " itself was nice bit smaller than what I had imagined.”

“Very good, very big hotel. The service was outstanding at the bar and both restaurants. I spent four days here during the NCAA tournament, and a giant volleyball event for children that was being played next-door at the convention center. So the hotel was very busy yet It was always easy to get food and service. The rooms are very large and everything was perfectly clean and nice. The location next to Riverfront Park, Convention center, Spokane Arena, Gonzaga University was awesome. Very easy to walk everywhere I went, even to the city bus that takes you to and from the airport, which is fantastically convenient.”

“I was surprised at the level of qualtiy I was getting for the price. It was very clean and the room was excellent. The location was convenient. I prefered to walk from my room to a nearby bar instead of driving. I would stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.”

“Great place to stay. Very clean. We stayed here for over a week when we moved here. There are limited options for food around the hotel. But they have a small restaurant inside with good eats. Super quiet. Our entire life was packed up in our cars, and I wasn't worried once.”

“Update 3/22/24 They are mailing me a check to cover actual expenses only.The valet bent and cracked my vehicle's rim, and they won't reimburse me for the damage. I am an engineer and work on cars as a hobby so I am 100% sure that it happened on thier watch. I found a new rim on ebay for $900 less than what the Ford dealership was going to charge for the rim. I did everything I could do to minimize the cost. This was a huge inconvenience for me, and it was also unsafe. It's the least they could do to reimburse me the full amount I paid. If I was in their shoes I would thank me and offer a little extra for my trouble so that maybe I would stay with them and IHG going forward.”

“This is a super convenient hotel. It's always been quiet whenever I've stayed, and the staff are very nice. The breakfast in the morning is served at the restaurant, so it's more than just pastries and fruit, but not any different than what you might get at most low to mid-level hotels (eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, yogurt, pastries, apples, oranges, cereal). I expected waffles or maybe a little more variety with it being at a restaurant, but for those who my have a picky diet, it works. (Low-carb/low-sugar folks may feel a little underserved, but the eggs are good!). The rooms are tidy but the ones I've stayed in didn't necessarily feel completely clean - - not due to the housekeepers but due to the decor: the shower curtain looked like someone had tried to die their hair black and got a few drops of hair color in the curtain, the carpet had an older feel, and the bathroom looked neglected in terms of just being a box that wasn't given much thought too. However, there isn't any reason not to stay here if you're looking for convenience. There's a tiny aerobic fitness area right next to a big indoor pool area and a fire pit outside the restaurant which they have going during mornings, too. There are even s'more kits available, which is pretty cool. If the hotel were to pay more attention to the decor, this place would be a four or five star for price, convenience and quality. It's hard to beat the location if you're catching an early-morning plane or got in on a late one! You could easily walk to the hotel from the airport.”

Restaurant and bar located in the lobby as well.Service:3 staff members at the check-in desk handling the influx of customers pretty efficiently. Helpful showing the location of your room and best way to access it.Facilities Quality:No complaints. Clean and updated beds and showers. Our room even had a door that opened right to the outdoor pool / communal area. Which was nice.Value for Money:Reasonable rates for the condition and location of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was overpriced, imo. But some might enjoy the convenience and disregard the $$$Overall Experience:Located right on the river. Within walking distance of the downtown mall and restaurants. Close to the sports hubs. With all of the food options nearby I probably won't utilize the in-house restaurant much. But I would definitely stay here again. Recommended”

“Rooms were clean & included a mini fridge. No microwaves. The shower had good pressure but did not drain well. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion included in large bottles in the bathroom as well as a hair dryer. Bed was very comfortable or I was very tired.Friendly service in the lobby. Easy check-in. No shuttles are provided by the hotel for anything. Disappointed in that. There are plenty of places within walking distance but you'll need ride services for the airport, casino, etc. Short walk to several restaurants, mall, the riverfront, & falls.Disappointed in dining options as well within the hotel. Breakfast buffet $22 but left a lot to be desired. Better options outside of the hotel. Did not bother with the lunch. There is a Starbucks open limited hours. No blended drinks. The Steakhouse was also mediocre. I tried it twice and was not impressed either time.The pool was closed for October visit. The hot tub was open & is spacious. Towels provided.Connected directly to the Spokane Convention Center. Easy access from street or third floor.”

“Great stay at the Courtyard in Spokane. The location was perfect for an event at the Convention Center, which was a quick 5-10 min walk along the waterfront. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The little cafe had good quality food for both breakfast and dinner/drinks. The only downside is they didn’t have a two queen room so our teenagers were on the pullout sofa. It was not very comfortable, but very few are so that was about as we expected.”

“We stayed here between January 22nd and 24th everything is good expect they didn't have a hot tub anymore and that they didn't have there own continental breakfast they give breakfast vouchers for Dennys which is cross the parking lot from them. Also they had maintenance people working well into the night after 11pm and they started up at 730am way to late and way to early. We were on a medical trip.”

“The bed was comfortable and while the pillows were small, they worked well for me to get a good night's sleep. It was quieter then I expected. Clean. Had all the things I would need. Fridge. Coffee. Sink outside the restroom. Breakfast started later then what we needed so can't comment on that. Only complaint is parking spaces are incredibly tight. Had to back this rental on the sidewalk to be able to exit everyone safely from the vehicle. Not far from the highway and easy to find with Google maps.”

“I love everything about this place. Rooms are clean, the staff is very accommodating and it's only about 10 minutes from the airport. When relatives come to visit I don't have to stress if they arrive on a late flight. We just stay here overnight and drive home the next day when everyone is rested. I also get my veteran discount. “Location is ok. It is really close to the freeway which is nice. Anytime we needed anything it was done. Service is probably the best part. The rooms are clean but basic. You get what you pay for I guess. Our stay was in May.... there's a ton of road construction over on Broadway now.Nearby activities: There is a baseball stadium where the Spokane Indians play that's close by, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's and a selection of fast food places. There are lots of parks within 10-15 minutes as well as the river.”
