“Rather ornate hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. I found it to be a good value compared to other hotels of its caliber.

“I have yet to have a bad experience at a Best Western (knock on wood). This place was great. rooms were clean and the people at the front desk were very nice. The breakfast was awesome, with lots of variety.
Good job, guys.”

“Wonderful experience! Very clean, quiet room, comfortable king bed, nice people, big breakfast was awesome! Great variety and restaurant quality foods. Pool and spa were busier at night with kids and we were busy in the morning when it was near empty so we passed on that. Pool was open 8am to 10 pm, just plan better than we did to make time. It was very nice with marble or granite accents. The only thing that really looked dumpy for such a nice place was lots of chipped paint in and by the elevators. Front desk said it was just painted 2 months ago. Sounds like time to give up on paint and get some stainless steel and/or marble in there.”

“Great place to stay. Very clean. We stayed here for over a week when we moved here. There are limited options for food around the hotel. But they have a small restaurant inside with good eats. Super quiet. Our entire life was packed up in our cars, and I wasn't worried once.”

“We loved our stay here! It was only for a night but everything was spectacular. Our room was clean, cozy, and pet friendly! The building is remodeled from the early 1900s or something like that - there are plaques throughout the building that gives information and it's very fascinating! I would also highly recommend purchasing the valet parking - you get unlimited access so if you come and go 10 times in a day they will park and retrieve your vehicle every time! Next time I hope we can try the breakfast bar and lounge! Overall, I am very impressed with the building and our experience here. I brought my review down to 4 stars solely because our room wasn't quite fully stocked - missing tissues and the room was low on TP. It didn't necessarily affect our stay as it was only overnight but I think it's standard to have full stock of amenities. Thanks Indigo! Until next time.”

“Couldn't ask for better service at such short notice on getting a price and a room for that matter on a very, very busy weekend. I stayed in the new remodeled rooms, and they are amazing. Great location and a great rate for what you get is incredible. I want to thank the house keeper Sandra for helping me throughout my stay.-THANK YOU!”

“I like the location of Hotel. However I don't like the way the shower is. And don't care to use an App for laundry. Haven't used coupon for Dennys. But there are other restaurants within 10 miles.”

“Hotel overall is pretty nice. Did have some issues with the toilet (but didn't complain about it, was still usable) but the room was clean and nice. They didn't have enough shower towels when we ran out on Saturday night and weren't the friendliest about it (never did get anything more than the four we were given when we checked in). Great location, close to I90 and US2 and right on the airport grounds.”

“Okay, some very good and some "hmmmm".... Stayed in September, 2023 and the room was very clean and pleasant. However, after being out all day and coming back to the room for our second night, the beds were still unmade and the damp towels/washcloths had not been retrieved and replaced. Obviously housekeeping never did its job. The staff were pleasant enough, though there is little to no comfortable seating in the lobby area. I didn't want to disturb my traveling companion, so I sat in a chair by the elevator to do my early morning reading, which felt a little weird. Also, there is no free breakfast. Didn't use the pool area, but it looked great from the window.”

“Attended a wedding here. The outdoor setting was very good on a warm Autumn evening and felt secluded despite being in the Browns Addition neighborhood. The "mansion " itself was nice bit smaller than what I had imagined.”

“They put earplugs in our rooms, like they knew were were all going to the concert across the street, and put extra makeup wipes in the room. Coffee was not great, same with coffee in lobby. Staff are very nice and helpful. They have a smoking section in the parking lot. Near restaurants and ”

“Great place to stay if you're just visiting Spokane for a few days. The shuttle takes you to the airport starting at 0400 in the morning. Their breakfast offering is pretty solid.

There's a public transit bus stop a block away. That's convenient.”

“Good airport hotel with rooms that can sleep up to 6 people. I highly recommend this property when traveling abroad. The airport terminal is a few minutes' walking distance from the lobby. It has a pool and a little restaurant area too so you can enjoy a snack, have a beverage and watch a game.”

“Claire at the front desk was very kind, respectful, and helpful. This was my first time staying at the Lusso. The room was excellent, got upgraded to a suite. Luxurious jet tub and shower. The best mattress I have ever slept on.”

“Great stay at the Courtyard in Spokane. The location was perfect for an event at the Convention Center, which was a quick 5-10 min walk along the waterfront. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The little cafe had good quality food for both breakfast and dinner/drinks. The only downside is they didn’t have a two queen room so our teenagers were on the pullout sofa. It was not very comfortable, but very few are so that was about as we expected.”

“I was bumped here from the Davenport Grand because they were overbooked. I am a little shocked Davenport puts their name on this place. It is the old red lion and you can very much tell so. My room was clean where it mattered (main area of bed and desk) but the shower had mold, someone else's hairs, and there was what looked like boogers on the curtains. There was a bunch of spilled pills behind the bed. I had a view room but the view was mainly of the parking lot with a small sliver of river. The staff was nice everywhere I interacted with them so no major complaints but it was a big bummer to be bumped here from the grand.”

“This Baymont was quite nice place. The location seems kinda central and there are places within walking distance to eat or shop.Front desk was very pleasant and check-in was easy. The room was clean and fresh and bed very comfortable. The view was nice and there was a balcony you could hang out on.I would recommend this hotel.”

“This is one of the nicest Quality Inns that I have stayed in (and I am a Choice Hotels Platinum Elite member). If you use your navigation app to route you to and from the property, the hotel's location is very manageable, even during rush hour.”

“Rooms: small, but clean. no microwave, fridge, or do not disturb sign. a few cigarette burns on the blanket, but no smoke smell in the room or building. the wall ac unit is old af but still 100% functional and effective.

Safety: no problems as a solo female traveler, car was fine in the parking lot.

Noteworthy details: no bed bugs or sketchy people hanging around”

“Honestly, we didn't want to leave. Service was great, nice people. Room was great. Water pressure is amazing, bathtub, cable, wifi, microwave, mini fridge with a freezer space.
Location is central to everything.
STA plaza in walking distance.
Heater/AC Unit worked great.
Bed is super comfy.
No complaints.”

“It was a nice stay. But one recommendation, the environment at breakfast time was not good. Nobody to clean the tables when customers were done eating, we had to clean our own tables. I don't know if you short staffed or what but it's not good practice.

Noteworthy details: The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly.”

“Great value place. It’s in the process of being remodeled so only one side is available as of late spring 2024.Staff is friendly and the location is convenient for an over night stay.My only complaint would be; it would be nice if they kept the non-smoking towels separate from the smoking.”

“Admittedly, there were some questionable things about this Motel 6, but I had such a good stay! The staff was super friendly and diligent in working to satisfy guests and maintain safety.
Our room was clean, with newer furnishings, mattresses, and electronics. The facilities seemed clean and in good working condition. The halls were clean, smelled of cleanliness, and narru a bug to be found! Which I appreciate the most, lol.

The questionable things were some of the guests, but that's absolutely expected in this kind of area and Washington state.

I found a lot of great qualities in this place, along with situations worth of 1999 COPS episodes for great entertainment without the danger.

Things were very quiet and peaceful at night.

If you're looking for a good priced place to rest your head at night, with good spirited staff, this is it!

Best way to get excellent service is to have a great attitude and respect that the staff puts up with a LOT- no matter where you stay.”
