Update 3/22/24 They are mailing me a check to cover actual expenses only. The valet bent and cracked my vehicle's rim, and they won't reimburse me for the damage. I am an engineer and work on cars as a hobby so I am 100% sure that it happened on thier watch. I found a new rim on ebay for $900 less than what the Ford dealership was going to charge for the rim. I did everything I could do to minimize the cost. This was a huge inconvenience for me, and it was also unsafe. It's the least they could do to reimburse me the full amount I paid. If I was in their shoes I would thank me and offer a little extra for my trouble so that maybe I would stay with them and IHG going forward.

Homeless doing drugs gathered outside. Valet only high priced parking. Wouldn't recommend unless having to stay for business.

Thank you to the girl at the front desk when I checked in on Feb 24, you made me feel welcomed. Also the girl at breakfast, thanks for your service too. However, whoever the female staff is at the reception on the morning of Feb 26, you shouldn't be working in customer service. I went there wondering why there is no breakfast and the way you looked at me and talked to me was like I caused inconvenience for you. Yes I understand if the breakfast staff was on sick leave however you could have worded in a nicer way. No compensation for not providing breakfast when it was included in the room rate and no sincere apology. I had room service once during my 4 night stay, not sure why. Maybe management needs to look into this?

The folks working there are great people. Very helpful and friendly. They make the stay at Indigo pleasant. The hotel location is both a curse and mildly convenient. Curse as you have to deal with a lot of homeless folks and drunks. Also I never stayed somewhere before that the freight rail train moved every 15 minutes, so very annoying at night. The railyard must have been close by even though I couldn't find it. I get economic redevelopment but you have to manage the homeless issue and cleanliness. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and the Riverside Park/Mall. Be aware if you walk around the area. We walked to a restaurant one night and the rest of the time drove to places. The room was nice and could have been better. (Better heating & cooling system)

Nestled in the heart of downtown Spokane, this charmingly updated historic hotel boasts well-maintained rooms and a remarkably courteous staff. However, a notable improvement could be the addition of a handicap-accessible door at the front of the building, as navigating with a wheelchair can be quite challenging. Nevertheless, it remains a delightful place to visit and spend the night.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. It was very clean and well-appointed. Beds are very comfortable. We requested a fridge and microwave and it was ready when we arrived. Valet service was wonderful and gave us great peace of mind that our car was parked in a secured area. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A special shout out to Nyla, Jamie, and David (manager) who were so warm and accommodating. We recommend this darling boutique hotel whole-heartedly.Walkability: This hotel is in close proximity to many restaurants and bars in downtown Spokane.

What a wonderful living breathing combination of the past the present and the future. I love to connections to this history of Spokane, the modern amenities, and the unique combination of colors and placement of furniture and selection of furniture and enthusiasm of staff which speaks to the future of excellent customer service, Goodwill, and top shelf hospitality. For a genuine authentic experience of Spokane Washington, the hotel Indigo is the place for you.

Very quiet and friendly hotel. Located in downtown Spokane just a quick walk from Huntington Park. Window blind not functioning and out of bottled water. Other then those few items it really is a very special little hotel.

Hotel Indigo Spokane was my introduction to the brand and am super happy for a few reasons. I travel with my labrador retriever so it's incredible that they welcome pets (and not just small dogs) and actually said hello to Rosie. Nice touch. Staff was amazing the whole time. Rooms are great and large. Bed was very comfortable. Love the character of the building and decor.

Good value for money. Neat room with spacious bathroom. Friendly staff and restaurant available in the hotel. Great hotel for a night on transit to the next destination. Conveniently located to downtown Spokane.Unfortunately, the window could not open that far. On the other hand, the hotel was right next to a railroad track and that also caused a lot of noise. Although some fresh air would have been nice. Furthermore, in the city there are many loitering youths, vagrants and other nuisance persons, the hotel can do nothing about this of course.
