“This place is insanely awesome. I went in for an espresso (which was 5 stars alone) and ended up doing all of my Christmas shopping there. So many great sports cards - LeBron James, Brock Purdy, Derek Jeter, Patrick Mahomes, Shaq rookies and a Michael Jordan Error card - a Goonies and Mr Rogers lunch box, 2 Play Station 1 games I’ve been looking for for ever, packs of Candy Cigarettes for my old people’s nostalgia, A Spider-verse Funko Pop, an old Metallica vinyl record, a football jersey, and finished off that with a game of Mario Brothers. And, not just that but I found out the nice ladies that had that business Vibe across the way have their own shop inside The Rusty Mug now! If someone left these good people a review less than 5 stars, their cup is half empty and not half full, PERIOD. I love your store and will be a frequent flyer.”

He was able to find the exact piece we were looking for, at a great price, and have it delivered to us in over half the time as the local competitors. “Wandered in her in a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by this nice shopping experience. The store has a vintage and cozy vibe. The store has cute clothes for babies/kids and woman's attire. There are cute tees, sweaters, pants, and coats and jackets. There were tons of cute candles and gifts. The jewelry was very unique and adorable. The prices were a little on the pricey end but I did find the perfect and unique gift for a friend. There is a lot to see so give yourself a little time to enjoy and wander.”
“We are more than happy with our custom order Kincaid couch and chair. Its beautiful. It came right on time and the delivery guys were fabulous! We are very happy all around from the time we ordered to this moment, almost 3 months after receiving the set. Any concerns you might have, erase them! This is a great store with amazing products. “My kids and I love this store, there's so much to explore and so many fun finds! There are a nice range of prices, styles and types of things to meet all kinds of different tastes. It's a bit dark but there's none of that used-clothes-smell like some places have. We've found some terrific items and everything has been in good shape and has helped up well.”

“Wow! 1. Awesomely rad store. 2. Quality of product 3. Quality of staff - "The Miranda's" 10/10. We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Best advice and helping us get the whole "look" together and knowledgable about everything... to inclue sizes and whats in stock. Thank you ladies!”

“My wife shops here quite frequently and the discounts make it a favorable craft store for her. My daughter recently discovered string bracelets and we’ve purchased supplies here for her as well. The customer service is always friendly and if we haven’t found in the store we can order online and it arrives quickly. My hobby is music and I’ve found affordable crates for my vinyl and cassettes here. What’s not to like? Great crafts store!”
“The downtown Spokane Pottery Barn has such great customer service. With a couple very limited exceptions, I have had gold star customer service from the staff here. Even if I purchased something online they were willing to answer order questions, help with suggestions, etc. as a result we've returned to buy many more items. I can't speak to other stores but I have been totally impressed with the store and the staff. If you aren't 100 percent satisfied with an item they will make it right and make new suggestions because they want you to love your items. I wish all stores were this good.”

“Jennifer is an amazing Sales Consultant. The first time we stoped in to look at a physical Trundle bed, Jennifer showed us her floor displays. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to show us all the different features and what could and could not be accomplished on configuring one. We went home and did some online research and went back two days later and again asked several more detailed physical questions of the floor model. Jennifer again was on top of her game and impressed my wife and I on telling us all we asked. The price is high, but the quality is apparent in what you see. The other items on the internet are cheaper, but I am not impressed with their cheap apparence & quality. The two- three week delivery time is what it is. I hope to have a quality trundle bed delivered, which I will pick up and put together. Thank you Jennifer.”
