Great place to stay if you're just visiting Spokane for a few days. The shuttle takes you to the airport starting at 0400 in the morning. Their breakfast offering is pretty solid.
There's a public transit bus stop a block away. That's convenient.

The rooms were what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. The location is unfortunately less desirable, but that's just Spokane in general. However, only complaint was an associate (I think her name was Marci?) Seemed to be distraught about not getting some sort of promotion. I understand it's super frustrating, as that's happened to me in the past. But, it seems like if you're going to be complaining about it in an area where customers can hear, then quite honestly, you aren't really ready for something like that. Just seemed like she was souring the mood for other associates, and made a pretty awkward environment. Everything else was great, which is why I want to give the rating deserved, and not let the things out of the company's control have an effect on its rating.

Nice hotel, great location. It appeared as though they were wrapping up a large renovation project. There also appears to be a lack of attention to detail in making sure that all of the features in the rooms function correctly.

This is by far one of the worst Holiday Inn & Suites I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the level of cleanliness is unacceptable. Upon checking in, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned—beds unmade and everything dirty. After complaining, we were moved to another room that seemed cleaner at first, but we soon found trash in the dresser drawer, and the tile floor was sticky, clearly not mopped. The following morning, breakfast was a disaster, with dirty service items and food residue all over the exterior of the hot food dispensers. It’s clear the management doesn’t care about maintaining basic standards

The absolute worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The service is HORRIBLE. The breakfast is disgusting. They allowed someone to smoke on our floor. They never cleaned our room during our four night stay even though we asked repeatedly. The parking lot lights were either turned off or broken which is a safety issue. We weren't able to check in at three as listed as the check in time on the website because they had no rooms clean. The employees have attitudes. The construction is literally the least of this hotels problems. I hope you read the reviews. I wish I had.

August 2024 - The room is good, but hotel is under remodel construction, so i would steer clear until done. After completion, it should make a decent place to stay close.

This hotel should not be open!! It is under major renovations, you are literally walking through workers painting, the fumes are so strong, pool & hot tub were closed, elevator barely worked and the stairs were a fire hazard with all the construction materials all over the place! The highway noise was pretty loud so not an ideal location either. We had to stay here for a baseball tournament as the hotel was assigned to us but a highly recommend not staying here at least until renovations are completed!

Our boy's baseball teams were there for a tournament over a June weekend. They were renovating (and still are) the first floor. Safety concerns everywhere (no caution tape used) and strong paint and dust fumes. The free breakfast was served on the first floor.
When we got there, we didn't fully check our room. Then my daughter had a shower. There was hair in the drain and I know it wasn't any of ours.
No cleaning in the room when we asked the first day even though they said it would happen.
One of our baseball kids got really sick as he had asthma.
Unfortunately we had to stay there through EventConnect - we had no choice.
Will never ever stay there again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Entire hotel is under construction, I would avoid this place until it is completed. I think that if guests and services were going to be affected this much the Hotel should’ve closed down for renovations. Dusty, noisy and many services are unavailable. Rooms are not being cleaned as well either.

Stayed July 4-8 and the ongoing construction was the least of the problems at this hotel. The room itself was newly renovated and quite nice however the many downsides of the hotel outweigh the room. Only one elevator functioning and it got stuck one day so we had to pry the doors open. The hot tub was green/murky and pool filthy, see photo. We had our room cleaned once and they brought 3 towels for 4 people and did not refill the empty toilet paper. Asked for fresh towels and got none so had to go to front desk for those and TP. Breakfast should not even be offered here such as it is. A weird egg paddy with processed cheese in the middle that had a bad texture and flavor on a few days, with cold potatoes and dry sausage. On our last day the breakfast was a hard biscuit and half cooked bacon. They could use one of those waffle or pancake machines here. Would not stay again.

Hot tub CLOSED. Under MAJOR construction. This info is not on the website. Would have been helpful to know before booking. Needs to be on the website. We paid extra compared to other nearby hotels for the hot tub (after a long day of traveling).

I was very happy with the service from the front desk to the housekeeping everyone was nice the room was clean the bed was comfy even with the construction going on I will stay again and recommend my friends and family to stay here

Construction site.. banging pounding in lobby , elevators and next room. We asked for why they didn't tell us when booked. Not they're problem. Asked for complaint slip, said the don't have any . Horrible service, accommodation , Horrible service. SHAME ON YOU.

Location is great if your using the airport. Other than that it's not good. There is no food around.
The stay was asolutely horrible!
Under construction, renovating. I'm happy that is happening. The construction stops at about 5pm. That's fine. Construction isn't the problem.
The problem is YOU STILL HAVE TO CLEAN THE OPEN ROOMS! Hair and small rubber bands all over the bathroom floor like they were running a salon. Closet mirror had finger prints and smears all over it. One pillow case had been walked on and had dirt on it. Dirt on the carpet floors. HVAC filters were disgusting.
1 elevator working, so it's shared with the construction people.
