My sons wedding band broke in half after just one year. They paid for insurance but to their surprise the store is refusing to cover the repairs. Very disappointing

My now fiancé and I went here to ring shop, and the ladies working were just amazing. Really personalized experience, better than we had at the other stores by far. Tiffany especially was awesome, and remembered me from April when I went in to look alone. This is the only jewelry store I’ll shop at now

We stopped by this afternoon to have my wife's wedding ring fixed and we were fortunate enough to meet Tiffany, the store manager. She was patient with us as my wife picked out a new?to wear under gloves for her new job. Tiffany even offered her a glove to try on with her ring.We checked and today was the last day to do a size exchange on my wedding band, so Sue took off both of our requests and helped advise me on the cost of getting my grandpa's ring repaired. A ring that has been put away since the band broke.Tiffany was amazing and we left excited and really happy with the service we got from her. Harry Ritchie’s in Spokane valley is so amazing!! They are so very nice and extremely helpful. My husband and I were looking for rings and we didn’t want to spend too much and Dominique helped us and was very patient. I found a beautiful simple ring and my husband found one, but later he realized as he was wearing it for awhile it was a bit too heavy for him. Harry Ritchie’s staff were so great and allowed me to exchange his ring. I have always been greeted and helped when I walk into Harry Ritchie’s. If you’re looking for jewelry for you or as a gift I highly recommend them!! You won’t be disappointed.

We went in looking for another band to match my existing set and ended up learning about the trade up program. It took me 7 trips and countless hours of debating on which ring I liked best, but in the end, I got exactly what I loved. Dominique and her crew were so patient with me and so much fun to work with! Best Experience Ever! Tiffany is truly amazing and takes the best care of the customers she’s working with. Back story: I went into a jewelry store in Lewiston in February and asked for two bands to go with my wedding rings with my kids birthstones and I wanted it to be in a certain price range. The lady helping showed me rings out of my price range and nothing like I described to her. So she took my info and said she would get back to me and then I never heard from her. So I basically gave up. UNTIL... the beginning of November my husband and I went to the Spokane Valley Mall and we popped into Harry Ritchies and right away Tiffany came over and asked what we were looking for and I told her about my experience and what I wanted. She sat my husband and I down and listen to every single word and detail of what I wanted and what price range I wanted to stay in. She pulled up rings on the computer and when we couldn’t find any on there she took my Info and said she would do more digging and ask some other workers from different stores. I heard back from Tiffany 3 days later! She sent me a picture of what the bands would look like with my wedding rings and I instantly started crying because she had made my vision a reality and under my budget. She was there every step of the way, calling/texting to check up on our process with the Lewiston store with signing papers to purchase the rings and everything. She’s absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to purchase my next piece of jewelry through her! Thank you so much Tiffany!

Harry Ritchies will forever be the only jewelry store my husband and I go to! We love the service provided, and everyone there exceeds our expectations every time we visit. Dominique is wonderful and so incredibly helpful. She answers every question you may have about a ring, and is willing to help get the answer for you if she doesn’t have one right away. We definitely recommend Harry Ritchies!

This jewelry store may look different than others but they provide the best client experience of any that I have worked with at the Valley Mall. They’re always friendly and willing to help with no pressure to buy. I personally appreciate how they genuinely invest in conversations with their clients about what they’re shopping for. I will definitely work with them again in the future.

Harry Ritchie’s staff goes above and beyond. I had been very busy, and only had a limited amount of time in my schedule to pick up a specific necklace I wanted to give my fiancé for her birthday. Tiffany drove to Lewiston ID from Spokane Valley to pick up said necklace, which had recently been moved to Harry Ritchie’s in Lewiston, and was the last of it’s kind in their inventory. She left around 5 pm, and didn’t return until after closing. However, Tiffany went even further to meet me at a Target the same night, to give me the necklace (which had also already been gift wrapped). This made it possible for me to give my fiancé her gift on time. Thank you for making life easier
