Disappointed with their GSI Outdoors Gourmet Griddle Kitchen and the coustomer service. After owning a few gear from this company I will stay away from them. ( They know their grill warps after using it and they still sell it instead of taking it out from the market )

We had an original coffee pot that rusted where the lid attached to the handle. GSI replaced the coffee pot without a fuss and sent us a new one under their lifetime guarantee! Amazing. Can't beat the customer service and the quality is exceptional.

I cannot find the manual for a product on their website, and I cannot find any way to contact customer service to inquire about instructions for a product. It would be nice if there was a easy way to find manuals or contact customer service.

We had the best experience at the GSI warehouse in Spokane!It's been 5 months that we travelled around the US with our GSI Selkirk 540, and arriving in Washington we had a problem with one of the burners. We contacted the warehouse, they welcomed us, and made the repair in a couple hours!Thank you very much for your kindness and your response.Douglas

Cheap crappy gear. Customer service rep named sandy is a horrible person. Bad phone and very snotty. Gear falls apart and they won't fix it.
