I went in to get clothes for a houseless man and ended up leaving and paying less at the mall for the same clothes…
My daughter picked out a toy that was still in the box. The goodwill price said “$4” the price tag from the store that they left on the box read “$3” when I brought it up, the cashier argued with me. The manager did reduce the price when she finally got called over.
Thrift stores used to be a way so that the less fortunate can still have their basic needs met.
These days, you guys are trying to make a significant profit on things you already get for free. It’s very sad.
I would recommend everyone to stop donating here and donate to a more charitable store. Goodwill as a corporation should be ashamed

We were evacuated this weekend from the elk fire and didn’t have time to grab our 2 year old’s clothes. She and I came in this morning and grabbed a few items, the manager was very sympathetic to us and gave us the clothes for free and asked if we needed anything else. It felt so good to see the goodness in the goodwill and we will continue to support them in the future. Thanks y’all!

Solid pricing and inventory. Most of the staff is nice but one women that works here is very rude. I have chosen not to buy something because I didn't want her to check me out.

If you are a thrifting enthusiast, this is your spot! I love thrifting and I always find quality apparel, home goods and books for great prices. It is a treasure hunt for sure, but worth the search. I routinely find beautiful, designer pieces- bonus! The store is clean, and the employees are always friendly. It is so nice to have dressing rooms available to try on different pieces which is a rarity at thrift stores like this! Plus, if you are a student/senior/military... come on Mondays for the special Discount Day! This is also a great spot to donate items- the drive through drop-off is easy and well staffed! Definitely check out this location!

DOES NOT ACCEPT FURNITURE UPHOLSTERY ITEMS. IM NOT MAD. JUST LETTING PEOPLE KNOW. STOP DONATING USED SOCKS AND UNDERWARE. THEY GO IN THE GARBAGE. IF YOU WANT TO BUT GOOD ITEMS THEN STOP DONATING ITEMS THAT HAVE RIPS, STAINS, OR PET FECES ON IT.

This store is too small, unorganized, dirty, and the items are overpriced. I accidentally bought a purse for 15.99 without realizing it because the tag was hidden inside the purse. I could not get a return of course.
