Terrible. I went in to talk about getting a housing case manager, and the lady at the desk was not listening to anything I had to say. She kept wanting me to take a HEN evaluation Even though I repeatedly told her that "I am already approved, I have my HEN approval letter right here with me" but she just couldn't grasp the idea that I had already gone to DSHS and done it. She was like a broken robot that only knew how to say one thing: "You need to do a HEN evaluation, you need to do a HEN evaluation, you need to do a HEN evaluation....."I know, lady. I already did it before coming in." I'm a responsible adult. Maybe if this place actually opened their ears and listened to people, someone might get housed. Anyways I'm going to go to SNAP and see if they're better than this circus.

No public restroom...which sucks especially if you are there for a while. The customer service is outstanding, and they offer a variety of services to the community.

Great selection of clothing and DVDs here. The rest is pretty damn picked over and it's hard to come up with many treasures at this location in my experience. The store can also be a bit wild and wooly at times, but it's kept in check by your friendly neighborhood Loss Prevention folks stationed right up front. Bathrooms have been closed for everyone, but honestly do you want to experience a Goodwill bathroom in this part of town?

I love the Goodwill! Only one thing bothers me about them. The color of the tag that "happens" to be half off on a particular day, will inevitably be near impossible to find in the store. My educated guess is that, if one was to wander into the back room, one would see racks of clothing, etc. bearing this color on it's tags. Why? These are donated items, and I believe Goodwill is an important and socially conscientious part of our community. I always have. Having many half-off items to select increases the excitement and trust of the consumer. We are very likely to purchase other items at the original and affordable markdowns as well. All said and done, Goodwill's sales are at least what they expect; probably better. In addition, they continue to live up to their name. Word of mouth is the most powerful advertising I know!

I'm from California and didn't plan on 8" of snow in one day. I'm not used to that kind of cold. I headed to the GW and scored a beautiful London Fog Weatherwear of Distinction. I was so cold, my muscles were cramping. The coat kept me very warm so I am grateful to GW. I flew back to California and there was rain and snow but I already had my fancy coat.

I'm proud of the accomplishments Goodwill has enabled. From job specifications to housing requirements, I have been able to find the resources to stay away the streets of homelessness. I recommend both of my caseworker. They've shown the uttmost respect & are deserving of my gratitude. Just a reminder maintaining your appointments will set the greatest successes for an apartment or home.
