Oh, the clunky web page to the annoyances of trying to link accounts to pay loans and outside vendors to handle it. Fees, fees and fees. I do have good rates though but I wish they would improve their online services. Currently the page is down so I can not pay my loans and the home page errors when I try to log on. A phone call is a 30 minutes wait and still a 30 minute wait after sitting 20 minutes. Great bank but poor online experience. Pleas Global, you absorbed Alaska Federal CU and they were fantastic. Use their experience.

These clowns totaly screwed up my finances with their merger. I seriously doubt they can even flip on a light switch.No sense in getting upset, they have a track record of poor customer service. I did not withdrawal my account in time so that is on me. I will be moving to a new Financial services.

Absolutely HORRIBLE credit UNION. STAY AWAY..... 1. They only have MASTERCARD as a debit card!!! If you wonder why that's an issue, you may have never traveled outside of the USA. I've had my card declined (because it's not a VISA) over 15 times during my 3 month trip to Europe. 2. When you're a new member, they HOLD YOUR MONEY!!! I tried using the mastercard to purchase things and was told my money was on hold. 3. Their customers service in person is good. But ONLINE during their chat...horrible. ROBOTS man their phones. Not actual robots, but people that can only read snippets from a script. NO EMPATHY.

Global has been my CU for more than 30 years. I can honestly say that they have been very good for all of those years. Always friendly and helpful inside the building and whenever I've called their customer service. These days representatives like Allie working the downtown banking counter are super helpful. I'm a bit of a technically challenged person and was introduced to some of the debit card security features recently when visiting to the downtown branch. It was easy to understand and I feel very helpful in keeping the scammers from getting their hands on our funds. The app is intuitive and very easy to use. I so appreciate their patience when showing me how all of it works. The only downside is when looking for a loan they aren't always the lowest rate, so we have picked up loans elsewhere. Good place to store your money and have easy access when needed.

I am stationed it Italy, Caserma Ederle. I used your atm for the first time. I withdrew 400 euros and you charged me 447 dollars which is 1.118 exchange rate vs 1.02 global exchange as of 30 July. ATM also did not display the exchange rate prior and none of your bank's interface has daily exchange rate on ( while providing services in Europe!) This is a terrible service for Soldiers while taking an advantage of their unawareness and their given an unconditional trust to you, our reps on base.

The worst credit union ever call to change my direct deposit information after they robbed me for an entire year for insurance that I didn’t need because they require a 10 day insurance lapse policy not the standard 30 day like the state requirements so I had to pay an extra $1700 over this last year for mandatory insurance that I did not need because I had it obey by state laws 30 days of insurance I called today make changes to my account go to their share of member branch calls and get my account number they won’t give it to me now I’m stuck in Everett because I do not live in Spokane without an account number ready to pay a bill

I have an account for a different credit union, so being able to withdraw quarters for laundry is just a few blocks away. Staff is friendly and professional.

I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account, i invested $1000 in not less than 7 days i earned a huge profit of $7500 when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I must admit that she's a very honest woman. I have no way of thanking her than letting people know about her services and recommend her for everyone to trade on her platform. Ive never had such an issue to pay off a car loan. They communicate fast to get car payment but seems to be an issue to take one whole lump sum 10k to pay off. Ready to say come get dam car.

Horrible credit union with horrible people and horrible customer service. The only thing they have going for them is their interest rates Which doesn't offset how horrible they are as a whole. Don't waste your time, anything has to be better than this place.

I recently took out a homesite loan from Global Credit Union. After managing to get away from their variable rate loan scheme we settled on a 15-year fixed rate at 5.5%. I thought everything was fine and we went weeks on that assumption. As we neared the signed date they told me rates had increased and I now had a higher rate. I disputed, as any reasonable person would do, and they informed me that after all that time and all the communications I had with them I hadn't "sent them an email" confirming that I wanted to lock in that 5.5%. They never once told me that I had to send some separate email to them and basically just told me it was an error on my part. Watch out for this outfit. I had to go with them at the higher rate because I found out at the last minute but my agent is spreading the word locally that they are not an honest outfit, as nice and as bubbly as your loan officer may seem. Just be careful with these folks.
