Kept me waiting 40+ mins even with a pre-scheduled appointment. They have only the rudimentary ability to attempt data recovery on a corrupted laptop hard drive while charging you $79.98 for the service anyways. Removed and replaced hard drive with failed data recovery still cost me $309.

Probably the best experience we had during the construction of our new home. Robert came out, discussed what we wanted, proposed a couple different options. He was super knowledgeable, not rushed, and not pushy at all. On the installation days, Darin, Austin, and their team were incredible! Fast, efficient, super clean installations, and everything works exactly how they said it would. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new home technology system!!! They deserve more than 5 stars!

I needed to call in to report a scam, and their staff was helpful and compassionate! I pay for the Best Buy membership, and I must say I feel it is money well spent. I feel comfortable and secure knowing that The Geek Squad has my back.

Literally every time I’ve ever tried to bring something in for repair they tell me they can’t do it. This place sucks and will only repair things bought at Best Buy. Don’t waste your time.

Not exactly the local store problem!!! Local geek guy named Beau was very helpful. BUT I purchased a new Air Pad pro. And a keyboard. However the keyboard I was given was not compatible with the iPad. I live 100 miles away from the store. Called the local store number and got routed to a national number. After being on hold for 25 minutes reached a customer service rep named Jim. I explained to him my problem and after some rigamarole he found the record of my purchase. He gave me a sku for a product that WOULD be compatible and told me he would transfer me to exchange department, that would send me a mailing label for return. And they would send replacement. On hold AGAIN for another 25 minutes! Someone then came on from tech support. I explained my situation. She transferred me to exchange dept(I guess). On hold AGAIN Got someone named Iris. She tells me she can’t send a label or send me a replacement since it was an in store purchase. I was heated by this time. Earlier I had been told differently. I asked for a supervisor. She said she would wait on line with me for the supervisor. On hold ONCE AGAIN. Until their dorky hold music turned off. I waited another 5 minutes. Nothing happened. I think they hung up on me. Total phone call time was 1:25 minutes. NO SATISFACTION WITH THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND MY SIMPLE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. Merchandise exchange should be a very simple issue. Make sure you and the sales rep is sure your devices are compatible before you buy.

Bought a pair of wirless skull candies headphones for work and works a little rough at times and I broke my last paid there so i purchased the protection plan telling that too the cashier and she even said ya that's a good ideai was jumping in and out if a forklift and guess what? I smashed my headphones while they were in my pocket but i was a little realeved i got the protection no biggje right? Nnnnnnnnnooooooope i went in and they told me that they dont cover work related dustruction of the product and wouldnt do anything about it sooooooo thanks best buy

The man behind the counter did offer some advice, but nothing that he could actually do in store. They send your laptop off and you might see it in a month and a half. Save yourself the headache and go to PC Perfection.

They had my laptop for two weeks. Nobody called to tell me it was ready. Have been waiting for laptop to start sfcc fall classes. If I had not called. I would still be waiting for feedback.At least they say they have fixed issues. Can't wait to get laptop back. See how it really works.

Poor customer service and lack of willing to find alternative options. I understand my fan might not be working. But the only option the agent suggested. Was to buy a brand new computer. Not many people have $500 plus sitting in an account.
