I haven’t received the adjustable base yet as I have just paid for it. Derek, who was helping me, was very thorough in his explanation for all my questions. I bought this totally on-line and it was a great experience. I think Derek is very helpful and made me feel comfortable about the whole on-line buying process. I just purchased the doctors choice plush mattress over the phone by text and had a very good experience. I was helped by Dakota and I’ve got to say it was easy and a seamless purchase. She was patient with me when I wanted a breakdown of the charges on the invoice. Good experience all around.

Dakota M Brown one of the Managers was super polite, and knew exactly what he was doing, was very helpful with all my questions and helped us out buying a mattress. He explained the warranty and return policy very clearly and had an amazing deal on this really nice and big mattress! Thanks Dakota!

Don was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy and listened to what I was looking for. He was polite and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him if you are in need of a new mattress! His customer service is Awesome!

The young man who waited on me was professional and polite. He did not try to upsell me (although I’d come in already interested in an expensive model so …?) which I appreciate. He answered my questions and had a nice pleasant sense of humor. I was pleased to see they use disposable covers for the pillows provided when testing mattresses - it felt much more hygienic than my last experience in a mattress store many years ago.

Derek was very helpful and immediately asked how I was doing and what mattress I wanted to look at. I came in to look at the Dr's Choice and was pleased with the selection and comfort. Derek was very knowledgeable and quickly helped me make my selections and set up delivery. A great experience and soon a good night's sleep!

We bought our mattress from Denver Mattress in 2017 and still love it. We also purchased DreamChill Enhanced Bamboo sheets and loved them soooo much that we had to get another set for our bed--nothing else has compared--7 years later. Thanks, Ruben, for your help and still having those sheets to purchase! When we purchased our mattress in 2017, we had gone from store to store to store and we walked in, tried one mattress after we shared what kind we love, and Boom! It was done. Happy sleepers!
