We went to a number of places looking for the right car. We knew what we were looking for, and went in and asked to drive a car. We were frustrated a little but quickly found a fantastic salesman and customer advocate. We found them chivalrous, courteous, and knowledgeable about more than just the car we were driving. Walked away with a 1.9% interest with 0 down. Would very much recommend.

I honestly wish I could give a negative star review. I received service on my Mazda from this location under the assistance of Will Clark. IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE.
I am a young girl that has been living in Spokane for the last few years, while my family is back in Colorado. I am not well versed when it comes to cars and service. I recently received new license plates and after trying to change them on my own, discovered that the screws on my back plate were rusted and stripped so I wouldn't be able to get them out with only a manual screw driver. A simple tool kit is all that I own and all that I have ever needed to own. I went into Mazda to see if they could change the license plate for me (given that Mazda put it on in the first place) and Will told me that they would have to drill the 2 screws out and we made an appointment for the following business day. I showed up for my appointment and waited for 2 HOURS before Will updated me, and that was only after I had texted asking if I could receive an update. He told me that they needed two more hours to remove the bolts and that they would have to keep my car overnight and fix it the next morning (it was 5pm). When I went to pick up my car the following day (which wasn't ready until 12:30pm), Will handed me a bill for $250. I told him that we had never discussed pricing (which we didn't) and that I wasn't paying that. He then pulled out a contract I signed before they even looked at the car, that had a small $130 in the corner. When asked, he said the increase to $250 was because of the extra hours needed. I countered and said that he never discussed a price increase with me and that I wouldn't pay. He said that it was too late in the day to fight (it was 5pm again), and only charged me the $130.
My issue: It took 6.5 hours to change a license plate, they wanted to charge me $250 (I even provided new screws for them to use), and they essentially tricked me into agreeing to $130 before they had even looked at the car. In addition, Will did not initiate an update once, I had to continually ask about what was going on.
I GET THAT I'M A YOUNG GIRL BUT WHY DOES THAT STOP YOU FROM BEING A DECENT HUMAN BEING AND TREATING OTHERS WITH RESPECT.

Service has been great. The original sales guy was great. Everyone else has been awful.
Trying to get something done has been like pulling teeth. I need paperwork and when I get a hold of someone, they send me to someone else who isn't helpful. They won't do anything helpful via email, and won't respond to voicemails.
I love my Mazda and will likely want one again in the future, but not from Foothills. Maybe it's the change of ownership and Knudsen just doesn't give a crap.
After my experience with these sales and finance people, I will go out of my way to never do business there again. Nor will I recommend them to friends.

Dave Simpson in finance and Will Clark in the service department are amazing, Dave caught a mistake I made when filling out my application and in result saved me a lot of money on my monthly bill and Will answered all of my many questions about the ceramic coating process and was very kind the entire time. I highly recommend this dealership everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Excellent customer service in service center! We were squeezed in to have a key programmed (the dealership we bought our car from could not program Mazda keys). The waiting room is spacious and offers drinks and snacks!

If you want to receive excellent service with a smile and a “no problem” see Will Clark at the service desk. He gives five star service every time and takes care of issue I have ever had with my Mazda Cx-5. I would not take my car anywhere else! Thank You Will!

Work was done quickly that’s the one positive. They overcharge for a lot of the services I knew they would, and did a few options spending a total of $1400 but this is what ticked me off I bought a key fob for $450 that has a key inside, and comes with a key inside standard, key has been cut and the front desk service guy said it wouldn’t be cut if it was stock… The key doesn’t work on my car apparently that’s sold separately… how it’s one piece and you charged $450!!! Half of the fob I can’t use. They also want $695 to replace a serpentine belt…$365 for spark plugs…. I took it there because my car has had electrical issues in the past and my fan no longer worked after replacing many parts ourselves. Just ridiculous. 10/10 would not recommend. The second guy I talked to did not care to even listen just said I had to pay for it. I did $450…. Why would I buy half of a key fob for $450?!?

Would NEVER recommend ! Was refered there by my son, whom had great faith in their customer service. My experience was terrible as "management" confirmed, a lot of transition, and technical staff leaving! They were very SORRY the service I ask for was not completed! They were very SORRY I missed a day of work without pay, because lack of technical support in their shop to complete the second opinion in one day . What I was offered as resolve? Not a refund of my 179.00 $, not an offer to compensate my loss of wages. I was offered , as an act of KINDNESS, by MANAGER Kevin, a 10 percent discount on all future visits! I am 69yrs old, live on a limited income, and HAVE to work to make ends meet! I told Kevin, I will never be back, I will never refer their business to anyone, as will my son not!
I'm sorry, I am not one to give bad reviews, this one is very much indicated! Elderly, beware!

I had an incredibly easy experience working with Knudtsen Foothills Mazda Lincoln back in May. I found the vehicle on Car Gurus and worked with the team to get all of the details of the vehicle, pictures, videos, etc. to make my decision easy. I worked with 2 members of the sales team. Shoutout to Khanian Charlton & Joe Diamond on the purchase. Khanian even drove the car from Spokane to Portland! I have been extremely satisfied with the purchase! Thank you!
