From start to finish, the associate was polite, knowledgeable, and felt like he really took time to know my preferences, and use his knowledge to steer me towards the shoes that would work best. I have never had a shoe buying experience like this. It was FANTASTIC! I will be a returning customer for sure after this encounter.
