If customer service could be like what we dealt with at Flash's, the world would be a better place. They, Tracy and Ryan in particular, were so amazing, kind, understanding and honest. It was truly a pleasure working with them through the frustrating time dealing with an accident. Our car looked as good as it did when we drove it off the dealership lot! Their talent with cars was so evident with the end result, we are still in shock. Thank you Flash's for making our experience working with you exceptional!

When my son was in a car accident, we waited a long time to find a body shop that we could trust, that knew classic cars and shared our desire to restore it to pre-accident condition. We asked around and looked at online reviews and Flash’s consistently came up. I really liked that it was local and family owned and run.
It was the best decision we made! They truly went above and beyond to work not only with me but also with my insurance and adjusters, making the entire process as seamless as possible. Their level of communication exceeded my expectations—they kept me updated every step of the way with emails and questions, including me in all correspondence with my insurance.
Flash’s team was fully transparent about their repair process, explaining that the most time-consuming piece would be finding the right parts that would meet everyone’s expectations, in quality and safety. There were times when a part would come in and it would cause them to question their ability to guarantee safety or it wouldn’t look right no matter how hard their team worked on it. Their dedication to sourcing high-quality parts was remarkable. Safety was extremely important to me, as this was my son’s car and with him being a new driver, I wanted safety to be the number priority. Since this car is a classic, I had concerns about ensuring it would look just as good—if not better—than before the accident. The car turned out amazing! It was heart breaking to see the damage and now we can put the accident behind us, as it looks like new!
The owners and employees at Flash’s were friendly, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. They promptly addressed all my inquiries. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flash’s to anyone needing exceptional service and quality work. They truly care about getting it right, and it shows!
To the owners, Ryan and Liana, the receptionist Tracy, and all the crew who played a part in getting this car back on the road, we can’t thank you enough. Keep up the good work!

Flashes is by FAR the best place I have ever taken my car to, their team is so friendly and they actually care about their customers! The owner Ryan listened to all my concerns, made sure I was heard and was very kind, same with Tracy the front desk lady, she has amazing communication and was on top of everything while my car was there!

Flash’s Auto Body was fantastic to work with. They were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions that I had during the process (as this involved insurance), and my vehicle looks great! They are professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate their desire to put safety standards and quality over cost cutting. That’s very important to me because I drive with my kids daily. I highly recommend Flash’s to anyone finding themselves in need of auto body repair. Thank you, Tracy and Ryan, for all you’ve done to help me through the process.

Couldn't have done a better job for me and my car. Had front end damage from an accident, Ryan and his team were super helpful in getting the insurance to cover as much as possible and was always transparent and in constant communication with me start to finish. End product looks perfect, and with as little cost to me as possible. Will be using again for any body issues, and would recommend for anyone.

I was referred by my co-worker to go with this place and they did an outstanding job! I didn't have it painted yet but I can't believe how good of a job they did!! Will never recommend another place. Ryan and his crew were top notch through the whole process. I shopped around 4-5 other body shops for estimates and every single one of them I either felt like I was getting jerked around or they were just plain rude and not helpful. Ryan made it quick, easy and simple and was able to work around my schedule to get the job done so I wasn’t without a vehicle. These guys were amazing.

My family and I have used Flash’s for longer than I can remember and never once have we been disappointed! They go above and beyond to help their customers, and my car has never looked better when I get it back. This last time, Tracy dealt with this last gal’s insurance for me and got everything handled for this stressed out single mama and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! I love this shop and highly recommend to anyone!
