Had a couple of print orders submitted online with pick up at this location and they were all done how I expected, were on time (or even early) and the sales associates were very kind and friendly. I was worried about downtown parking, but they have a handful of their own parking spots right outside their building. Would recommend.

Awful customer service. Arrived at 4 PM to find only one employee working there. He took ten minutes fumbling with the computer trying to get a woman's package delivered, asking her the same questions multiple times. I told him that I had a package to return and a label I needed printed, which he ignored. I had to send the label via email to have it printed, which is normal. But, the employee was extremely tech illiterate and couldn't figure out how to process it. Instead of trying to fix the problem, we were asked to come back another day. I won't be coming back to this location any other day. Thank you for wasting my time, FedEx.

I used to really like going to this place, esp on the weekends. Unfortunately, I had to go in on a Monday this time. Apparently the manager was the one who waited on me. I was trying to print an oversize in self serve. The machine said something like "$105, this is over your $25 pre-authorize" I was like ... wth? So the manager said he'd refund me the $13 odd for a oversize print that was on the thinnest, cheapest paper and the color was way off. So we go to the register for him to refund me, then like 15 minutes later after we play endless questions, he gets the $13 back on my card. THEN, he tells me if I want a similar 12x14 printed on heavier stock in full serve it will be "considerably more". I said 'no thanks' and left. FedEx Office's RELENTLESS upselling of their products is tiresome. I'm done. Not going back.

Very quick and easy. There are multiple work spaces. And all the stuff you need tape, pens, paper clips, and highlighters.

So this FedEx shipping outlet closes at 7 pm and I arrived at 6:58pm- 2 minutes before closing and one of the employees by the name of Melanie I believe or it might have been Melody and I do apologize for the mix up on your name girl because you were outstanding!! Like over the top on helping me get my label downloaded and then printed. You even helped me cut my box to fix my item and helped me get it all taped up to be sent out. All at closing time. FedEx should really recognize this employee for her kindness , her job dedication, helpfulness, understanding, friendliness, so many other great qualities also. She needs recognition because it was earned. Thank you again girl. I appreciate you for helping me when I truly need the help. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Location of this FedEx Office is 259 W Spokane Falls BLVD Spokane, WA 99201. Date and time of business - Thursday April 25th 2024 @ 6:58pm - 7:10pm . 10mins after her shift. Just putting that out there.

I would put negative stars if I could. Worst competency I have EVER seen. Couldn't print a booklet from a PDF! The page numbers are done wrong- ended up near the binding not on the outer edge like it was in the file! Charged extra for their incompetence! Did not call when it was finished as promised, was not done when promised- both from the original time and the revised time, so it was later than the time I stated I needed it by! Will NEVER USE FEDEX PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AGAIN! They make the UPS store look like geniuses!

I recently visited a FedEx store with a simple request: to mail a document and have it returned to me. However, this seemingly straightforward task turned out to be anything but. I was informed that while sending a package from address A to B was possible, the reverse process was inexplicably complicated and would require me to create an account. Complying with their procedure, I created an account and proceeded to use one of their in-store computers to print the necessary label. To my dismay, the computer refused to accept three different credit cards I attempted to use. Seeking assistance from the staff resulted in a dismissive 'I don't know' response. It was blatantly clear that the employee had no interest in helping or finding someone who could. Disheartened by the lack of customer service, I decided to take my business elsewhere, even if it meant losing out on $12. It's disappointing to experience such poor service at a FedEx store, and I hope others can avoid this frustration

I needed help overnighting a document with a signature to confirm delivery for a client while I was in town for a vacation. This store was super convenient to my hotel and helped take care of everything. Super awesome staff and I really appreciated their help.

Weekend staff is super nice, especially the lady with long gray hair. She's very polite and offers good suggestions.
