Absolutely outstanding service from Monica today, who attempted to help us troubleshoot our non-working fax machine. Big shout out to Monica for helping with an Issue in 10minutes, something FEDEX customer service couldn’t do in 24hrs. Give her and her team a raise to make up for the lack of the customer service support FEDEX is lacking!
